I have been coming here for years and yes the food is consistent, but the service keeps getting worse and worse and almost isn’t worth going at all anymore. Upper management please work with the people that are working the restaurant when you are not there.

I have been going here for years. The customer service here is excellent, everyone is respectful and friendly. I get white meat chicken and its very moist and not dry at all. The sides like mash potatos and mac & cheese are good too.

I always enjoy eating here. I get the half chicken meal 99% of the time, and never had any complaints about the food. I’m a sucker for the sweet potatoes:-)

I’m honestly a big fan! I get the Rib and Chicken dinner. It’s filling and the ribs are very tender. The chicken is just as tender! 2 sides, and cornbread! All for 12 bucks I think?! And you get a receipt that says, «Buy a meal on Saturday and a drink, and get the same meal or lesser value meal for free!» And Brianna is a sweetheart! Boston Market in Quincy Rocks!

I surprisingly really liked this place. It’s a fast food southern food type of restaurant. They offer rotisserie chicken and rack of ribs with a lot of sides! I am in love with their mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and corn. They also have collard greens, sweet potato pie, green beans, and a lot of other southern food you would expect to see. All the times that I’ve been there the meat has been juicy and tender. The mashed potatoes have a great texture to them. There’s also a honey glaze you can ask for when you order the rotisserie chicken. I highly recommend it! Not the mention, the prices are really cheap. On random occasions, they offer a free meal on the following saturday after you buy a meal here. They do catering as well. Last year, they catered to my school for Thanksgiving when International students weren’t able to go home for thanksgiving. I went to the one on Massachusetts Ave. for catering. They took forever to deliver the food here, but it’s understandable because it was Thanksgiving day and I’m pretty a lot of people did catering there as well. The food was still pretty good when it arrived!

This place has completely stepped it up! I came here a few years ago and swore I would never return due to the poor taste of the food. I am glad I gave it a second try years later! the chicken was delicious! They have a variety of new sides and have changed their mashed potatoes for the better! I had a side of creamy spinach that was AMAZING! I will absolutely be back again! p. s.- the employees are very nice too! :)

The food is great and the staff are beyond nice! So friendly and I feel like I’m actually appreciated spending my money here unlike at the Boston Market in Dorchester. I will come here as often as I can :)

Consistently well prepared, healthful meals in a cafeteria style setting. Check out my pictures! I usually either get their Chicken Carver sandwich or a ½ Chicken Meal. Their sides are actually pretty good with freshness and light seasoning. They carry non-sugared Ice-T as well as cups for water per request. I must give Boston Market a bonus star for offering Cholula & Sriracha hot sauce! I like to come here when I don’t have time to prepare food at home and I always cook with value, quality, and taste in mind. 200th Unilocal Review!

Boston Market used to be good… when it was Boston Chicken. Service is poor, food quality is poor, food portion is poor and that pretty much sinks this place as a restaurant. Some of the sides I used to like are no longer available. The very few occasions I’ve come to Boston Market have generally resulted in a mediocre experience at best. Usually it takes forever to get food, the portions shrink each year, and the people working there are just miserable. If you’re in the Quincy/Milton area, just do yourself a favor and go to Fish n’ Chicken instead. It’s cheaper and better.

Boston Market is the place for good, fresh food that’s close to home and cheap… i want to died with some of the sweet potatoe in my mouth… I love this location because it’s consistant and the people aren’t rude. Doesn’t get better then that.

I used to eat here often and really liked it! My favorites were the sweet potato casserole and chicken sub. It changed … They now have waiter service. This means worse service behind the counter. Side items are always out. Wait times just to order can be long. And the tables are consistently filthy. Portion size shrinks I swear like every 6 months! Bad changes, indeed!

5 stars for a Boston Market? I must be crazy. But seriously, this Boston Market has gone through a ridiculous transformation since I moved here. The food is 10 times better and the customer service is phenomenally better. It’s basically like a restaurant now that just has counter service. Someone brings your food to your table and they clean it up AND you don’t tip them. I come here for lunch a lot and have been extremely impressed with the turn around of this place. Great job Boston Market!

(revising my 2010 review) The restaurant is transformed. Great service, attentive to customers. And the food is still good! my 2010 review gave 2 stars and reads: The food is about as good as ever, thought the menu is a bit more confusing than it used to be. But what I really don’t like at all at this Bostn Market, is the service. They are always understaffed. I’ve been there at lunch when on person is getting the food and doing the cash egister. A woman manager wanders in and out, but never chips in to h elp her overworked employee. I’ve walked out twice(the Papa Gino’s next door is much better for service) I used to go about eveyr other week, now I go about once every two months. All because of the service. Bad management!

Ah… for the«love of chicken!» I always forget how much I love Boston Chicken! So, I stopped on by and reminded myself yesterday on the way home from work! Upon opening the door it was like a smell-o-rama welcoming breeze! They have some sort of scent spray right when you walk in that smells like fresh cut flowers! MMMMM… Makes me even more hungry for chicken! This place is pretty clean I have to say right away! The front coolers that were stocked with salads and sides was very well clean and had fresh salads that looked yummy! All the sides had steam rising from them so I knew I was getting some piping hot food! YAY! I got myself a half a chicken, a side of mashed with some delicious creamy gravy and some corn. Of course, let’s not forget the side little corn muffin. My order was taken quickly, everyone was helpful and very nice. I paid for my order $ 10.15 and proceeded to my seat Chicken was really delicious! Way too much for me too eat! Don’t know why I just didn’t get a ¼ of piece! I took it home. Both sides were absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned and steaming hot! The only complaint I had was my cornbread was dry and was cold. other then that. this place was right on!

I’m not a big chain fan, but the chicken is ALWAYS tasty. I go for the ½ chicken white meal. The sides are just OK, nothing special. The BBQ chicken side is my favorite. However, you can order the cranberry relish separately. Amazingly tasty! Can’t get enough of it. I come here for the chicken, not much else. How to get here? It’s a bit of a walk from the Red Line quincy t stop or you can drive here. LOTS of parking spaces! That’s why I like quincy.

I realized tonight while dining that I actually eat here more than I thought, so I need to Unilocal about it. Overall the service is really decent, I am usually surprised at just how nice and patient the people who work here are. They seem to genuinely care about their jobs which is nice for a fast food place. The food is consistently good, I don’t think they are allowed to experiment.:) The dining area is usually clean, they lose a star for all of the cheesy, plastic, dusty fake plants, I hate those. The other thing that I can’t stand about eating in as opposed to take out is the fact that there is zero recycling… the plates are plastic, forks, knives, cups, etc… I know that it is difficult for businesses to recycle but at least use paper that could go in a cardboard dumpster. I get take out more frequently for this very reason so that I can recycle at home. Overall it is very good for a fast food place. Papa Gino’s next door is a whole other story… hmmm I think I will do them next.

Since their frozen dinners are so much better than the other selections in the frozen foods aisle, I decided to give their hot foods market a shot. But I was disappointed. Their rotisserie chicken leg dinner although juicy and moist; was puny. Or perhaps I was just unfortunate to have gotten the«runt of the coop» since I’ve never seen a tinier leg + thigh(picture attached) I was allowed 1 side and I chose the creamed spinach which was not as garlicky as I would have liked it to be. But the biggest letdown was the«chicken pot pie» which looked absolutely irresistible on the TV commercials but not so in reality. The chicken gravy which coated the veggies and chicken was tasty but the torn-up chicken chunks inside tasted old and had that repulsive leftover’s taste to it. They get points for their comfortable dining room which is a vast improvement from your typical fast-food setup; being cozy with booths and soothing with pastel wallpaper.
