this place used to be fantastic. now the new owners are complete jerks, the girl taking orders is on too much medication or something and messes up order every time I order or you get the guy on the phone who knows nothing about customer service and talks down to you. sorry there is one younger guy who takes orders correctly and is pleasant. delivery guys are also pleasant and cool guys. their buffalo chicken is really good, but if you want Bleu cheese on the side they charge you. if you want light sauce on chicken parm they send you burnt chicken and cheese and a side of marinara. their chicken broccoli and ziti is now garbage, the old owners made the best in quincy. if you order fingers be careful giving them to kids, I have found bones in the fingers multiple times. their pizza always sucked too, so why have I ordered so much you ask. because my girlfriend and my nephews love their fingers and buffalo chicken. by the way if you get fingers, a small plastic container of barbecue sauce will cost you too. the old owners knew how to run a business, these guys are just miserable and going through the motions, try Copeland pizza or if real desperate brothers roast beef. Bravo is actually pretty good too, all of these places have their ups and downs, but angelinas is the absolute be all and end all of bad customer service. and by the way, why is the owner on here blaming other people and apologizing, do it right the first time, and if the customer isn’t happy fix it, if you spent less time on Unilocal trying to scare people and justify your shoddy pizza joint, people might actually give you a good score. update… read owners response below, trying to bait me with a thinly veiled threat, essentially meet me in person. haha loser

This place is very good, got the chicken pesto pizza about 20 minutes before they closed. My only caveat is that they charged me $ 2.00 more for the large pizza than what was advertised on the electronic menu board. They need to update that, otherwise, very good pizza and service.

Easily the worst meal of take out I have ever received. The steak tip Ceaser wrap consisted of shaved steak and a salad filling(meanwhile shaved steak and steak tips were priced differently on the menu). Even worse, we ordered the chicken cutlet sandwich but asked for it in a wrap and received three pieces of fried chicken on wet soggy toast… With literally nothing else. No condiment, lettuce, veggie, nothing — and after calling to clarify they said this was what they serve… Not a mistake, just complete terrible food, but rated 5-stars through grub hub. It was easily the worst takeout experience I have ever had. I will never recommend it or come back.

Terrible food terrible delivery service, i trashed what i ordered from them today right after 1st bite! It’s cold n tasteless! Plus the deliver driver was so not nice at all, even ignored my 5-year-old when he said hi to him! I said thank you and he still no response, what’s wrong? I did pay delivery fee and i also tipped you! Terrible food terrible service! Will not come back anymore!

Their eggplant parmesan calzone used to be a special treat for us, but we will not eat here anymore. I don’t know if they have changed the recipe or their food supplier, but the eggplant was poorly cooked and their was a lack of sauce. THey get two stars because when I called and complained, they made a new one and tried to fix it but in the end the second was no better than the first and we returned it.

The space is nice and open, the tables are clean, and the air is breathable. I’ve only ordered pizza here and I can say I enjoyed it very much. Light sauce and extra cheesy! Their menu is pretty extensive. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because when I asked if they could make a fresh cheese pizza pie so that I could have 2 cheese slices(there was only one cheese & several buffalo chicken old-looking slices), the guy in charge(I’m assuming the manager) gave me such an uncomfortable death stare. Who knows, I may or may not return.

It’s a hit and miss with this place, I order a wrap. And got a burrito. Had to cut the wrap in half myself & tons of sauce was spilling out my wrap. :(nice people but food sucks sometimes :(

Yeah. Pizza, would have been better off with a diGiorno, small pizza had 10 pepperonis on it. Also the menu said they had«fresh garlic» as a topping, very clearly and obviously jarred/canned(we can tell the difference, we’re not idiots.) Greek salad lacked onions and olives, so it’s basically a tossed salad with feta, gee thanks. Included pita was a rock hard piece of stale cardboard. Go anywhere else, anywhere else at all.

We ordered from here after another pizza place messed up our order. It was great! Friendly customer service, fast delivery, and most importantly, good food made correctly. We’ll be back!

Used to be my go to for pizza, subs, and salads. Called tonight at 9:45 and the guy answered«we’re closed» final straw in a list of shit that has been bad since Michael and Jerry left the place. Tried to stay loyal, the new crew there won’t let me. Wonder where those guys are making food now?

Nice open space for a pizza joint. They have multiple booths with fans overhead. This place is so huge it could be used as a full scale restaurant. The menu is also huge. They have a ton of optuons for whatever you are craving. I settled on a meatball sub and for a pizza joint they did a good job of it. Melted cheese on a perfectly toasted sub roll. Their large is 13″ which is way too much if it’s only for one meal. They do have a commitment to customer service here. That much was evident. They guy who took my order was nice and he even brought it over to the table for me. The bathroom is way way in the back. It was clean along with the rest of the place. These guys know how to run a pizza joint. I’ve only tried the subs so far but I will definitely be trying the rest in the near future.

I really like this place. I really do! I really wish it wasn’t in the hellish city of Quincy because I would come here again. The person working behind the counter was very pleasant, and the pizza was delicious. Parking is a nightmare here, well, because it’s Quincy I guess. I have spent countless hours driving around the same blocks trying to catch a break in parking on Hancock st. And now that they are doing construction they took even more parking spots away. But I really like this place so the next time I am working at the family dollar next door I will definitely be back.

Always have great service. The people are always friendly and get my order correct. The portions are big, and definitely worth the price. A great place for American appetisers and the buffalo chicken sub is good and filling.

I have never had bad anything from here. The food arrives hot and prepared exactly how you requested. Calling in an order is painless or you can use Foodler for added convenience. The workers are friendly and helpful when making your selections and this is my go to for Friday lunches for work. Seriously, this place rocks!

Excellent, friendly staff. They make sure to ask if I’m enjoying everything, to which I always say yes. My personal favorite is the chicken broccoli Alfredo. The Greek salad with chicken is great too. And the portions are enough to make a grown man cry. It’s also a great spot to people-watch, giving you a grand view of Hancock st.

Just average. I made a special point of coming here since so many people like the joint, and was expecting better. The obvious main components are the bread, and the meats. A superior roll can boost the score even if the meats are average. Having nothing to do with Italian subs but by way of observation, Grumpy White’s uses such superior rolls that boosts the scores of all their sandwiches. A selection of above average meats will similarly shine, even in an average roll. Neither one of those things happened here. By way of comparison, Spukie’s on Copeland is better, Blasi’s in Adams Village makes a good one, and anything in the North End makes a superior one, among them«Going Bananas» and«Bova’s: It is too bad they are not more of a draw, because one needs a reason to venture into The Square now, especially after the Office people leave for the evening. There are too many sketchy folks and too few normal people shuffling up and down the sidewalks.

Just wanted to write a quick update. Angelina’s is a great local spot in Quincy with awesome deals and most importantly, awesome quality on taste. Highlights for me include the 4 egg omelettes with toast and steak fries(which I’ve ordered on multiple occasions), pizzas, huge salads, calzones, desserts, chicken cutlet sub, fish sandwich combo(another favorite of mine), chicken teriyaki wrap, and kebab dinners. Appetizers are really good too. On occasion, I’ve gone to Angelina’s for a quick bite, and I’m always impressed with the service I’ve received. The restaurant is always clean and staff are really friendly. I’ve ordered from a few local pizzerias in Quincy, and my husband and I have agreed that Angelina’s is always at the top of our list. :)
