Bartlett & Alexander Orthodontics

This office totally worth it. Not just for the kids, adults can get straight teeth too! I live in East Greenbush. About an hour away. I was referred to Dr. Bartlet, because of their incredibly affordable financing plans. Being a single mom, I didn’t think I could afford to get my teeth straightened. 0 $ down. 0% interest! Low monthly payment! Umm YES PLEASE! I love this office! I have been coming for a year now, and there has already been a huge difference in the way my teeth used to look. Everybody is always happy and eager to help, wether your in office or on the phone. Any questions I have they answer, any discomfort with my braces, or bite they fix and make manageable. At some point during your treatment you will most likely get to meet everybody who works in this office. There’s a arcade room for the kids. Even a movie theater with comfy chairs while your waiting. Fresh Otis Spunkmyer cookies, coffee and tea bar. Even computers to use as well as free WiFi. In the summer there’s an ice cream cooler with a variety of treats, by the door for free while there or on the way out. There’s a rewards program for the kids to earn some really cool prizes for good brushing.
I don’t really have another orthodontist to compare this office to but I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Unless of course Dr. Bartlet opened a new office near East Greenbush! *hint* *hint* :D

Dr. Bartlett and his staff are consistently friendly, efficient and professional. As well as, incredibly thorough and patient. It is apparent that the Dr. Bartlett has been in the business for a long time because every detail of the process from start to finish has been clearly thought out. From the super comfortable, modern waiting area with the arcade, movie theater, cookies and coffee… to the staff celebration of the patient’s final beautiful, confident smile. And, with all that said, my teeth look great! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with them.

It’s unreal how efficient his staff works. It’s like if Disney ran your business. Plus it’s just so cool. You want an arcade in the waiting room, done. How about a movie theatre with arena seating, done. Fresh, Kurig coffees, teas, or hot chocolate, done. Cookies, bicycle raffles for good tooth brushers… Really impressive. My household houses 4 current and former patients.

I love everything about this orthodontist, especially his staff and new facility. All the little extras make the patients feel special. Thanks!
