I was in the area (and I am not usually in Queens) and needed help with my phone. The charger was charging really slowly and not doing the fast charge that the Galaxy S6 is supposed to have. Ankur, I think that’s his name, took my old charger and gave me a new one! I didn’t even buy my phone at this store. I was definitely impressed! If I need anything else, I will definitely go out of my way to visit this store again.

If you need to upgrade your cell plan, or are switching carriers this is a great place to go.
Although when it comes to cell phones there’s not much bargaining to do, the guy that was helping us (his name was Encore (sp?)) was very kind and patient.
He was not pushy with upselling data/​phones and explained things well so my technologically-​challenged mom could understand perfectly fine.
Yes, they are part salesman so of course he offered us to shop their overpriced phone cases and tablet add on’s, but he did not push when we said no. (Usually when you work in a position like this you are trained to «overcome 3 objections» before you can accept someone saying no). So I appreciate he was not overly pushy.
