The Bagels are good as they’re made on site, however everything else is only so-so. Supposedly they offer delivery but dont deliver on Sundays… I still dont understand that one. And apparently they dont deliver some Saturdays either as when I tried they said we aren’t delivering. I finally managed to get a delivery today which consisted of a delivery man showing up 40 min late, parking across the street, honking until someone came out, handing us very cold sandwiches, which was only part of our order. We then had to wait for him to go back, get the rest of order, which was obviously even colder upon receipt. So if you dont mind late, cold food handed to you by a driver who is too busy yacking on his phone to get your order correct then this may be the place for you. Otherwise stick to pickup only.

This place was a joke. I purchased a groupon and used it around Aug-Sept and the way things are run here is ridiculous. I had to drive to this place TWICE because the first time I came they had run out of everything except for soda(this was 4 hrs before their official closing time). Second time I showed up earlier and they were able to scrape up whatever bagels and pizza they had left. It’s sad since the bagels were actually good. The owner needs to stop underproducing bagels for the day as this makes you wonder if this is really a bagel store. I saw another costumer ask for about five things and the answer was either«we are out» or «the grill is off for the day». I hope they have cleaned up their act at this place.

I bought a Groupon for $ 15 dollars worth of bagels a while back. ‘Oh what a steal!’ I thought. Until I realized that it was all the way in carajoland Queens. Where I had to take two trains, last stop on the E and then take a freakin’ bus! N4 bus– horrible. Runs like a drunken bat out of hell and don’t expect it to stop when you ring the bell. oh no. the bus driver will stop where he wants to stop. Ended up walking back towards my destination 5 blocks back. The bagel factory– I walked in 10 to 5 and the guys there(two) are friendly but then they announce not to even look at anything but cold cuts that all the machinery and grills are off. So they can’t make me a sandwich or burger or nothing. ‘ok, even though I came here to eat dinner and to sit down. don’t you close at 6?’ They then inform me that yeah but cuz they barely have business after 4 they skip along home holding hands after shutting shit down early. uh… really? that easy? you just close early. I realized then that all the chairs were up and the place was ready to close down. So I picked my bagels– half a dozen for $ 5. My cream cheese(olive and salmon kind) muffins and drink and left. Mind you, while I was there more people were coming in. So I don’t understand why these kids were willing to lose business to close early. Its a good place. Their bagels are huuuge, their cream cheese is yummy and they have grilled sandwiches, burgers, cold and warm drinks and sweets. But the travel time and lack of care for their business really puts this place at a 2.75. 3 if your live in queens. It is worth to check out.

The lady was super rude. Most other bagel places stay open later. This place closes pretty early and runs out of bagels very quickly –_-. What is the point of calling yourself the«bagel factory» if you run out of bagels. Also, just because it says that they close at 5, doesnt mean that they they do. They actually start closing like an hour prior. This means that when you attempt to redeem your code, the grill is off so thats a no go and they are limited on bagels. So, you are stuck purchasing readily available cream cheese with the left over bagels. I bought stuff here once and won’t do it again.

Excellent bagels and really friendly service. I brought in a dozen bagels and cream cheese to the office and everyone loved them. The staff was very friendly and I had a Groupon and they made it very easy to use. I will definitely be back… particularly when I am over in the area for evening meetings as their sandwiches look great.

Hands down the BEST bagels around. I would definitely consider myself to be a bagel snob and this place is amazing. You won’t be disappointed. And they don’t just do bagels Looking for lunch? You just found it…
