Came in to buy a new device using jump. Luisa took care of me and she was great. My phone at the moment had issues and would turn off constantly. She managed to keep it on and transfered all my data into my new phone. The task took around three hours and she did a great job, very patient, nice and funny. She is also a good sales person, cause I don’t know how I walked out of there with the mega boom speaker, but I don’t regret it, it’s great product. All in all, had a good experience. I would go back anytime.

The worst t-mobile store ever. NOHELPWHATSOEVER! Luisa C. kept saying she will give me a call back to help me with my reimbursement problem since she is the one who switch my two lines from At&t. First she said she will call me back in three days… no call back at all. Ended up calling her the fourth day. Then she said her manager is on medical leave and will call me in a week. Its been two weeks still no call back. I hate leaving reviews but this store is just absolutely the worst customer service.

Never ever go here. Terrible customer service. Especially the representative Bryon who claims he was the manager, certainly did not act as a manager based off the way he spoke to me. Very unprofessional and his attitude disgusted me. Customers should always be treated with respect I did not get any here. Stay away.

Great service ! I bought an iPhone 6 Plus 64GB there. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Absolutely awesome customer service. Recommend them 100%!
