Excellent bubble tea with a good selection of flavors, ranging from tamer choices like coconut to a rose milk tea for the more daring. They also have fresh or packaged to go treats and they go on sale after 5p so there is always room for the following days fresh inventory! Having grown up off Main St it is excellent to have a good bubble tea and bakery right around the corner.

Great place to grab a quick snack on my walk to study at St. John’s. I usually snack on a steamed pork bun and bubble tea. Both are decent tasting. They do not have many choices right now in terms of food. Hopefully they will expand their selection. The cashier automatically gives me the student discount — I guess it’s obvious since I have a giant backpack on! Could be a great place to study or chat with its tasteful hand drawn artwork and colorful décor.

Oh Juicy! This review is long overdue review. Great new edition to the Kew Gardens area. It’s about time that a decent Chinese bakery popped up in the neighborhood. Reasonably priced. Fresh bao’s with limited selection, but hey its something, I foresee more selections coming once business picks up a bit more for them. No complaints so far! Fair selection of bubble teas. Decent, not great, but at least it didn’t leave me underwhelmed with taste of powdered drinks in my mouth. Staff have been exceptionally friendly. Props to their adorable interior décor with hand painted wall decals and mini canvas paintings. This location definitely have the potential to draw in more of the young college crowd and the local Asian families. I am leaving this review a star less, because there definitely is room for growth. This is a newly opened business, and I am going to leave it to management to fix the minor nooks and crannies. 15% off with Unilocal check in’s. Student ID’s. (I know they don’t really push for the discounts unless you ask)

First of all, the interior is really cute! I ordered a rose milk tea and it was actually quite tasty. I’m so glad that Juicy came in because Green Lotus, which is down the street, doesn’t have great bubble tea. Compared to Green Lotus, Juicy has much better quality. They also sell assorted breads that are huge and cheap. The breads I saw were all $ 1.80 for a decent sized bread. The owner(I think he’s the owner) was so nice and he helped me put the straw in my drink when I failed to. Overall, a nice place to go especially for St. John’s students. They also offer 15% off for students!

I decided to check out this place in between classes and I am glad that I did. The atmosphere is very nice. Even the bathroom was nicely done. The workers there were very nice as well and one very nice woman(probably the owner) even taught me some chinese such as hao chi and mian bao. While I was there, I tried the strawnana smoothie with some bread with a hotdog inside of it. It was absolutely delicious, creamy and done perfectly without being crazy sweet. +1 for the naming too. I definitely will come back when I’m feeling in the mood for a drink or food.

I really enjoyed this place! There’s free wifi and it’s absolutrly adorable inside. I can definitely see myself coming here on a regular basis inbetween classes. The owner is very kind, and the customer service I had was pretty good, considering that entered 20 minutes till closing with my 15% off Unilocal thingie! I wanted to try the green tea latte, but right now the place is still being set up. I’ll come back to try that out later. The price for tea is what I would expect, and I was quite content with my rose milk tea. The sweets are also delicious! Definitely reminds me of the type you’d get in a Chinese bakery, and the portion size is huge. It’s definitely cheaper(and lighter in calories) when compared to the heavy duty snacks sold on SJU’s campus. I recommend giving this place a try, since it’s quite new. I’m sure they will be expanding to include more drinks and potential meals. It’s across from the 24hr Dunkin, so it will add variety to your choices off campus.
