Kind of upset I had to give even 1*
First off…
We came across this video of Phivos/​Phil the night after we put down a $ 200 CASH deposit on a place. The apartment may very well have been legit, but we just weren’t down with working with a guy with a record of identity theft. On top of that, the people here just weren’t nice to work with.
We told them that we were no longer interested the next day and were told that we could get our deposit back. We called, were told that we would get a check that we had to cash the next day or give us cash tomorrow. Um… no thanks, give us cash now.
We come the next day, he tells us to wait 30 minutes for the cash, which we again tell him no. He has us wait 10 minutes, a woman drops by and goes to the back of the office and by the time she’s gone he hands us some cash. This left me wondering if we just received someone’s elses security.
Anyhow, maybe these guys don’t scam as many/​any people anymore, but I’d much rather work with someone who has a clean record.

If you want their attention, tell them you’re an Investment Banker. They treat customers like shit. I look young for my age and after being interrupted multiple times, I realized i was wasting my time. The real estate agent kept answering phones and during my conversation, would interrupt me and ask other walk ins, what they were interested in.
Then he confirmed my annual income and confirmed my employer, and I got his full attention.
