I know Julio personally and I’ve been on jobs with him, so I’ve witnessed his dedication to his customers and his remarkable work ethic. If you want to stay in business or not lose money when in comes to your home or business, Custom Climate Control is the contractor to call for your Refrigeration and HVAC (that includes boiler and hot water) needs. And He’s not kidding he’s not the boss he’s the horse!!! Even if it takes him all night to fix a problem he’ll fix it, I don’t know how he does but he does. Amazing company!

I came across CCC based on other reviews on Unilocal.I was glad that I got the chance to meet Julio. He explains what he is going to do in detail and is fair with pricing. I’m very big on trust and reliability and Julio is both. As a first time homeowner there’s a lot of things I needed to learn quickly, like servicing a boiler and heating system, so I’m lucky I came across an honest businessman.

Made appt 1 month in advance. I called day before to confirm appt as I had to take off from work. Appt confirmed. Then received message a few hours before appt canceling .
Very unreliable, can not comment on their work as I never received service.
My super said will never use their services again.

They are thorough in explaining what required attention at that time when we had an incident with our boiler. My husband and I looked into other companies but their price quotes were too much, especially before assessing what was necessary. Thank goodness we came across CCC.
