I love Belky’s! My office is nearby. I walked in just to give it a try and now I find myself eating there frequently. Always consistently good. My Favorite dish is the stew chicken & rice. The server Victoria is very sweet. You’ve got a loyal customer out of me.

Came across this place driving down Rockaway Boulevard and thought I’d stop and give it a try. I’m glad that I did cause the food was great. I had the carne guisada with moro and maduros and it did not disappoint. Everything seemed fresh. I also had an empanada de carne and it was on point. If you’re around the area stop by and give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.

They have excellent customer service and know how to treat their customers so that they keep coming back. I ordered combo 3 which includes whole chicken, rice, beans and plantains and I added a chicken patty on the side. The estimated delivery time on the website said an hour but too my surprise they came within half and hour. When I unpacked my bag I was a little sad that the sweet plantains were missing, as that’s my personal favorite. I promptly called the delivery guy and he apologized explaining that they were not ready when he made my order but will bring them for me. Normally this is where just eat what you have and forget about the missing component. 7 minutes later I got a phone call from the guy saying he was outside with my plantains. Now that is great customer service. They made the situation right and did not ignore me by saying sorry next time. As far as the food goes the chicken patty is not your average ground chicken inside dough, but it was shredded rotisserie chicken which was a nice little twist. The beans were amazingly flavorful and pulled the entire meal together.
Chicken was well seasoned and not dry. They have just earned themselves a new customer as I will order from them in the future.

Ordered the whole chicken and it was very good a lot of white meat. Pollo was better here then the other place I ordered from a few blocks away in the past. Came with white rice and beans and that was very good as well. Overall a good experience my first time ordering here. Owner who answered the phone and I think even delivered the food went out of his way to make sure everything was good, thank you I will be ordering here again.
