I noticed there are at least 2 Auntie Anne’s…one in the central food court and one in terminal B, gate D area for American Airlines. This review is for the one in gate D area for AA flights. The girl helping me was very friendly and professional. I got a large pretzel dog and regular pretzel as well. The pretzel dog was hot and tasty… little salty actually, but still good. The 4 stars is mostly for the friendly service. For these really simple fast food, I don’t usually do reviews, but I want to give kudo to the young lady for her great customer service. Seemed many retailers forget the fact that we’re all busy and stress(especially traveling at an airport), but a simiple smile hello is all is needed, and it’s all for free. But it sure makes the difference.

I love Auntie Annes. My daughter decided to be adventurous and get the pumpkin spice nuggets which ended up being one of the worst things I’ve put in my mouth. Thankfully the kind staff let me switch them out for something else. Great service

So here we go. We were at the airport, we were hungry, and we did not realize all the good restaurants were outside the security area. Or so we thought. I’ve seen these places at airports and malls and always had passed them by. NOTANYMORE. We had the large pretzel dogs. Dang were these things good. The dog was all but perfect. The pretzel was cooked just right. One note, the dipping sauces, although good, cost extra. I just assumed it came with the dog but it didn’t. GREATDOGANDSERVICE.

After a stressful flight, it was my beacon of light as I got off the plane. After a 6am wake up, a meager breakfast, and 3hrs in the air, I was delighted that this pretzel stand was outside of my gate. I was famished when I deplaned and was instantly satisfied when I got a cup of pretzel bites and some sweet mustard. Golden, buttery, crispy outside, soft chewy inside. The 30 minute journey home was a happy one.

Pretzel Dog just hit the spot before boarding a flight to Florida sunshine:) In IAD(Dulles Airport D.C.) Every time I tried something it was uncooked, doughey on the inside… but here everything was just right. Out of my prior Pretzel traumas I got a small one – Order the JUMBO!

Was on my way to Florida and came across this yummy spot. I ordered a jumbo pretzel dog and pretzel nuggets(original). Because I frequent this place my nuggets was free. I was pleased that both snacks were fresh and hot. So if you waiting for your flight, make sure to grab a bite!

This one is in the airport, which I normally see in the morning. Usually the pretzels are fresh at this time and is change in pace of a Au Bön Pain. Service is a bit slow, but then again, would you be a bit cranky and tired at 6AM.

After you passed security check at LGA if you at Gate A, there are not much choices for food… either Au Bön Pain or Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. Pretzels Dog is quite good. especially when you starved the whole day. The hot dog sausage is from Nathan’s at least you know that it is not some crappy supermarket no name brand. The pretzel that wrapped the sausage is soft and fresh. Almond Pretzel feels a little oily(the paper bag soaked through)… I hope my friend did not order the one that has butter in it… but hey the less I know the better I am… I love toasted almond and has just a hint of sweetness. I saw how the lady kept making new pretzels from scratch… and at least they are not stale or been sitting around the whole day.
