I choose Rite Aid over Walgreens sometimes for the discounts. I shop here so much that I get 20% off non-sale and store brand merchandise every day! The Up rewards suck now because you can only redeem rewards the next day not the same day like in the past. That’s a bummer. This store looks old but most things are in stock. The parking lot is huge so there’s always a spot. Store associates are helpful except on Christmas when they closed 5 minutes early. I went next door to walgreens since they opened ’till late Christmas Day. The old guy in the front greets you then follows people around like you’re going to steal. Not cool.

This Rite-Always has a line and extremely slow cashiers. They is usually only one cashier, and if you are lucky, a second one might show up I only use this store in extreme emergencies

The sales clerk are somewhat tolerable when it comes to coupons. They don’t act like they own the freaking store. Whoever people break the merchandise and take things. The store is very disorganization.

Damn. Can I get some actual help here? I know you carry a lot of products in the store but at least kind of get to know what you sell and where it is located on your shelves. I must admit, I have never worked a retail position that was inside of a huge store but I would try to have some basic knowledge of where things are so that customers dont crap on me. The third person who actually passed me and saw I looked confused asked me if I needed help. Once I answered yes and stated what I was looking for she said«I will be right back» and never returned to see me again. I have a Rite Aid in my hood’ that is like on its last leg compared to the brand spankin new Duane Reade store that just opened up on the corner but even that Rite Aid is in better working order than this place will ever be.

I have to give this store 2 stars. It wasn’t the worst Rite Aid I have been too but it’s not far from that. They have a great large parking lot and their hours are good. Sometimes the sales are great and you can catch wonderful deals. The bad part, they are very short staffed, I know sometimes with the economy they can’t have all 6 registers opened but every time I mean every time I come in they have 1 or 2 opened and the line is crazy. The place is looking alot better, I went in a few weeks ago and noticed they added a GNC vitamin section and most of their displays are new. Thats a plus. The place isn’t too clean either so that’s pretty much why they get a 2.

Is it possible to give 0 stars to a store? This is my least favorite drug store of all. The staff is very unhelpful and the security guard is creepy always following girls around and trying to talk to them. The pharmacy is awful and if you ever need to bring a prescription somewhere don’t bring it here! They never call if there is a problem with your prescription and they have a holier-than-thou air about them. They have about 6 registers and never more than one cashier regardless of time of day or amount of people waiting. Worst rite aid ever
