I ordered a vinyl from here a couple weeks ago. After receiving no updates for a week, I inquired about my order. Hot Waxx then immediately canceled my order without asking me if I no longer wanted it. I sent an e-​mail saying I didn’t want to cancel and he said that if I e-​mailed him the next day, he would allow me to order the vinyl again.
I e-​mailed the next day. He never e-​mailed back.
