Terrible service. I placed an order online that never came. They have my money. They won’t answer my emails. When I called they say they’re too busy to help me. They said they never heard of the kind of hairdryer I ordered. It’s CROC, well known brand offered on their website. I’ll never order anything from them again.

This is a big place and well organized. Their price point is higher than other stores along Jamaica Avenue and I patronize lots of different stores. Nice selection of flat irons that include Babyliss, Red, and Kay brands.

By far my favorite beauty supply store on earth.
The women that work in here re so friendly and helpful.
They are up on their products and constantly offer me advice and make suggestions when I ask about certain products. They are so sweet.
I don’t know her name but one girl, blond, gorgeous and she really is very nice.
They ALWAYS have whatever I’m coming in their for. ALWAYS. And sometimes I go in their for pretty random stuff. They’re reasonably priced and they have high end expensive stuff and cheaper yet still good quality alternatives. And they WILL let you know which products are best.
I feel like I’m in their shopping with a good friend of mine whenever we get to talking.
They are lovely.
