Walmart Supercenter

I am not a Walmart junkie, but I have to say the service I received in the electric department today was AMAZING!!! Anthony I believe his name was, (a very tall young man) was more than helpful with what I was looking for. He help me, and even made suggestions to a better product. All in All, this young gentleman should be praised, and a raise is in order! I ended up spending about what I thought I would, but with a far more superior product! Way to go Anthony!!! You did an awesome job and I think everyone should know!!! When I go to Walmart, i have good and bad experiences. Today, mine was wonderful, because of a young man that really cared about my purchase. Although the wait time was a bit long, he was working the department alone from what I saw and could tell. I understand, when you purchase anything from the electronic department you pay there. He was helpful and I just want to thank him for making my daughter’s 13^th Birthday come true!!! I hope I got the name right!

I’ve recently moved to AZ and do not have my tools here yet, so I figured I could get a quick oil change here while those tools find their way.
Anyway, I came here 2 weeks prior and sat by the bay waiting for someone to help me. It took quite awhile but someone eventually came and helped me. I asked for the oil that I had been putting into my car and the guy said it would be no problem and all I had to do was grab the oil off of the rack and bring it to the desk. I help him out by doing so and begin to stroll the store because I knew there were a couple of cars ahead of me only to get a call 30 – 45 mins later stating they do not have my oil filter and they couldn’t change my oil.
Well, things happen. I understand that. I came back today, was greeted almost right away with only one car in front of me. However, the person was so confused about how I wanted the same oil I had been putting in there. She tells me the price will be $ 55. Alright, not a big deal. I wait around for nearly 2 hours to find out that not only was that price wrong by $ 20, but that they put the wrong oil in my car.
I strongly advise taking your car elsewhere for ANY of your automotive needs.

I usually enjoy going to this walmart, and I have always given it five stars. However, the customer service I received from Sarah (manager, older woman) on two separate occasions has made me change my mind completely. Ive never came in contact with such a rude enployee, much less a manager! She should be fired!

As Walmart are concerned this is another nice newer walmart. My family is walmart shoppers. And do aost all of our grocery shopping at walmarts. This is the closest one.

The people here are both friendly and helpful. Every time I have been here, the store is clean and pretty well stocked. This is one of the best stores around here. The place is crazy busy on weekends. (They could use many more stockers on the weekend to keep up with the product demand.) Best product selection is middle of the week.

I am really disappointed! I was standing in the photo center printing my photos and I heard the lady at the check out tell this girl with both her kids no sorry we can’t give u our pictures without a release for from photographer. The poor lady just started crying and told the cashier that the photographer didn’t give her anything and she can’t get a hold of her. The lady goes sorry we will just shred all the pictures. Then goes to give the lady a refund and tried not to refund her all her money. The lady shows her the email with how much was paid. So the cashier fixed it and opened her drawer to give her money and there was no change in there. She looked at the other «grumpy» guy working and he said he hadn’t gotten it yet he has been busy!
I don’t understand how they can tell just because the quality of the pictures are good if they were professional done or not. I have a professional camera that I take pictures with but I certainly not a photographer.
If the pictures weren’t meant to be printed the photographers would put a water mark on them!
If the holidays, u know that sweet poor girl was doing something for the holidays with those pictures and she can’t now!
Disappointed in walmart!

I took my 2014 Altima in for an oil change and they informed me that they won’t do a regular oil change but were required by policy to only do a full synthetic change.
If I need to do regular (abt 3.5K miles) changes, I truly don’t want to pay extra for synthetic! The dealership doesn’t even put in synthetic!
They wouldn’t budge, so I did… right out of their parking lot.

This store is very clean and has a good selection of second tier product/​goods. The staff is helpful and nice. We come here for pretty much everything: paint, auto supplies, household goods, video games, food, etc. I will continue to go to Wal mart because the groceries are cheaper than anywhere else.

If you like standing in line this is the place to be. Everytime I go there they have two lanes open 45 people in each line and enough attitude from the cashiers to make you sick. Unbelievable its clean it works good pricing absolutely terrible terrible line management

So many lanes, so few cashiers. Cashiers look stressed. Hold up on one lane so told might want to switch lanes then guess what… Yeah. Didn’t help.

Not a bad store for a Walmart. Very clean, usually well-​stocked, and mostly kind associates. I’ve been coming here since it opened and I would definitely say it is an above average Walmart store.

i love this place. i can get whatever i want when i want and they price match from other stores.

No way this Walmart is a dump. Trash every were. The shelves are a mess and its not a pleasant place to be in for long period of time. If you want to go to Walmart I do not recommend this one.

Out of all the Wal Marts i’ve ever been to, this one has to be the best priced and best looking one. The workers are very friendly, the place is always clean and tidy, and it’s always bright in there, unlike the Hunt Highway Wal-​Mart with really crappy solar power lighting.
I especially loved how sweet the boys in the automotives department were. Very fast, friendly and helpful on telling me what i needed to know about auto parts. Would recommend this Wal-​Mart ANY DAY.

Awesome prices, happy employees, and normally have adequate employees at registers to keep lines down. Saves us a lot of money on groceries and everything else. Will price match just about any competitors ad.

Wellll… I would not normally be reviewing a Walmart as I can’t STAND Walmart (imagine that). HOWEVER, I had to give a quick thumbs up to this location I stumbled upon in my quest to check off the random items on my shopping list because…
A) There were NO lines! Multiple cash registers were open! I was in and out in a jiffy.
B) I saw not ONE person’s butt crack or smell any bad body odor!
C) The people that worked there actually seemed happy and were extremely helpful and friendly — from the greeter to produce to the cashier.
D) Product was neat and in place and aisles were clean!

It’s a Wal-​Mart that does not sell frozen drink mixers! Can you believe this travesty! I had to go to Target! I like Target anyway, but I thought since it’s so close to home lets save some time. Nope, I had to hop right back into my car and head over the GOOD store that has frozen drink mix for my Lobsterita night! The staff had no idea what I was talking about, I was thinking perhaps they were missing a chromosome? No not really, just made me feel like a huge boozer but I like lobsteritas, okay? Well everyone knows wal-​mart — its good in a pinch, but not for booze.

It’s a Walmart. It’s new and clean. Nicer than most.
