Dr Shaver and the staff there are amazing! I purchased my glasses and after about a year noticed they had started to get some micro crack in the lenses. On my next appointment to have my eyes checked I showed Dr Shaver and he said he could have them replaced within a couple of days! Great customer service and staff!

I don’t think that I have ever left a review on Unilocal before but this experience was so wonderful I just had to. The staff here was absolutely amazing; they were attentive, knowledgeable and fun! Doctor Shaver was very thorough and patient especially with my 20 year old son who has Aspergers. He asked a lot of questions which the doctor encouraged and answered each one. He took his time with him and didn’t give a second thought to his own schedule which I greatly appreciated. And then we were greeted by the gal who helped us pick out our glasses. Talk about patience! She was so incredibly nice and really made it her mission to find the perfect glasses for both of us. The only reason I chose this office was because they accepted my VSP insurance and I am so very glad they did because I got so much more than just your regular doctor’s visit. Put it this way, when we left my son said to me «they were really nice» and THAT is the best recommendation you will ever get!

I really felt compelled to publicly acknowledge the awesome experience I received this week from Dr. Shaver and staff. As soon as you walk into the shop, you’re greeted with an amazing color coordinated décor and warm, welcoming smiles from the staff. Everyone was super friendly, accommodating and inviting, which quickly put my mind at ease from stressing out over the possibility that I had severely damaged my eye. Dr. Shaver immediately alleviate my nerves by performing several eye exams and extended other helpful offers, which nearly brought me to tears. My new Optometrist is the sweetest, kindest, most patient Doctor and he even made an impression on my mother, who will also be seeing him soon. Thanks for everything!
