Starbucks

Usually the wait isn’t too bad. Understandable considering the amount of people they serve. But is it just me, or does all the staff seem pissed off at this location?

They are always busy but it is because the coffee always tastes good. I have done the order ahead on the app and they always have it ready. This is the best way to go for this busy location. They give good service for as busy as it is.

I was excited about a Starbucks being so close after moving here two years ago from the Midwest. I was used to my local Starbucks where everybody was friendly and knew my name and usual drink selection. I gave this newer location the same opportunity to get to know me. However, I only found that the employees were less than friendly, and in some cases rude, and that they were extremely slow in preparing my order. If you are in a hurry, you might as well skip this location. I know a few other reviews said that they do good for the amount of people they serve, stating that there are over 400,000 in the valley, which is incorrect there is maybe 100,000 in the valley. If I choose to go to Starbucks, I will go to one located inside a Fry’s market where they don’t nickel and dime you to death on extras or adding special syrups etc. I prefer to support local coffee shops such as Superstition Coffee which is by far better than Starbucks at about half the price. The owners are extremely friendly and know exactly what you are going to order. That’s called customer service. Starbuck’s stance on constantly promoting «social» causes is another reason I am too through with this corporate giant. Just give me coffee and not your liberal causes. I have even let my Gold status turn to Green simply because I don’t make enough purchases to sustain that level anymore.

For how busy this location is, they rock it

Great atmosphere here!!! This locations has the most friendly and fast services and delicious coffee. I highly recommend them!

Went here to meetup with a friend. Service wasn’t bad at all but likely because I went later in the evening when they weren’t so busy. Though I only got a Vente Latte and I don’t frequent Starbucks everyday like some people do, I found the service to be above exceptional. Relaxing atmosphere too, I’d return.

Every time we’ve been to this Starbucks, the food and drinks are just as they should be… TASTY! The one downfall is that it is super busy. Just be patient and you’ll receive heaven in a cup!

Go hear at least 3 to 4 times a week. Great staff. Always enjoy ourselves. It’s a shame the outside seating is right next to drivethru. A privacy fence would be nice.

The wait is always pretty long, and sometimes the staff isnt the nicest (asked the barista to leave the lid off my drink because it was too full and was going to spill down the side –she said itd be fine then put the lid on. Guess what, it spilled all down the sodes and I had to wipe it up. She rolled her eyes.), but sometimes they are. It really just depends on who is working. The drinks arent always made right either and even though I am in several times a week they look confused each time I place my order. Overall its not the worst or best location, its decent enough though.

Love the drinks and the staff is always friendly but every time I go which is a couple times a week I have to wait 20+ minutes whether inside or in the drive thru. I wish we had another coffee option in our area.

We have coffee at least a couple times a week at this location. Drive Thru is crazy so we are always diners inside. The line moves fast inside and the staff is very friendly. We get dark roast, currently it is the Christmas Blend. Very good! A lot of regulars. Consistent service, haven’t had any issues with our orders of food or drink.

This one is awesome. They have the best service ever. The place is clean and nice decorated.

Drinks are always yummy! But waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru every single time is to long for a coffee. Especially when there is only 2 or 3 cars in front of you.

Well this goes without saying… Starbucks great prices and of course always fresh with Wonderful treats n fruits too!

This line is ridiculous! Out of lemonade and it’s not even noon. And just a tip, if you smile while you talk, you may get one!

I come here all the time and this place is always clean, my drinks are made perfect every time, and the staff is very friendly. There are a lot of people living out here in San Tan Valley, and this Starbucks is always busy. I feel the staff is working as best and efficient as they can to get all the drinks out in a timely manner on top of also having to make specialty drinks that a lot of customers order that are not on the menu. With that being said the baristas work very hard to please each and every customer. You may have to wait a little longer to get you your drink sometimes, but remember there are a lot of customers who request specialty drinks that do take extra time. Please give these baristas credit, they work very hard. :)

I love this Starbucks but always such long lines. I feel 20 to 30 min to wait for a coffee is way too long! Drive thru is always a long wait. Walk inside and think it’s shorter. Think again. Another Starbucks needs to be opened in this area. I’ll start driving further out to go to the ones in grocery stores. Ridiculous.
Like my previous review. Staff is great!!! Just my quick cup of coffee before work or going somewhere isn’t quick anymore and I have to skip going to this Starbucks all together now. I only go if I have time.

Sometimes this location is fantastic! Other times, however, not so much. On more than one occasion, my preferably extra sweet iced coffee is not sweetened at all. Not sure what the problem with that is. Aside from that, the drive thru line is always pretty quick, which comes in handy when you’re rushing to work!

After my previous review of the service going downhill, I received multiple messages from a former employee at this location. He took the time to send me a message insulting me because of my review. Unbelievable.

I was a little scared coming to this location due to the bad reviews but maybe the workers are just not morning people. I came in the late afternoon and it was a great experience. I was greeted while workers were in mid conversation. They explained what a fizz soda was to me and suggested an Italian soda. I didn’t even know Starbucks made Italian sodas! They were busy cleaning and pushing in chairs when no customers were in line. It has great charging ports at the communal table. I believe the workers name was Fabian. He did a fantastic job at everything and was really upbeat and friendly to everyone.
