Sir Carpet

I found Sir Carpet through a Groupon. Dave Brown came and cleaned my carpet better than
anyone I have ever hired and I am 84. I later hired him to paint and seal the grout on my tile
he did a beautiful job and all my friends neighbors and family love it as I do. I will never hire
any other carpet or tile service or any other Service Man. Thanks Dave. Vena H.

I found Sir Carpet through a Groupon they were offering at the time. I had a roommate moving out and wanted just the spare room’s carpet cleaned, and they offered a single room service which was great! The first company I called needed at least $ 150 minimum service, which was not at all what I was looking for, so I was happy when I first found Sir Carpet.
I emailed them about the groupon and they responded within the hour and answered all the questions I needed. I booked their earliest appointment which was about a week later. They sent me a confirmation email which had instructions of how to prepare the room and what to expect on cleaning day. They gave me a two hour time window when they were going to show up, called 15 min before they came, and actually arrived before the start of the window they gave me. I wasn’t at home when they came, but my boyfriend was and he said the guy was very professional and was super quick, finished in like 20 minutes. I came home from work to check the carpet and it looks great. It wasn’t too dirty to begin with, but had a couple areas you could tell were high traffic and had a couple spot stains, and it looks brand new now. I am very pleased with my experience with Sir Carpet and would definitely recommend them!

Horrible service! I called company before buying service on Groupon and was informed exactly what I would be receiving. When tech arrived, he tried to up-​sell and would not stand by word of phone employee. Wanted more than double the cost with NO GUARANTEE! What kind of company doesnt stand behind their work?
