I had a broken piece of equipment I didn’t want to replace it I wanted to get the parts and continue using it. Several people in the store attempted to assist me is finding not only the right equipment but ordered what we thought was correct. It was not. I feel they went above and beyond the the call. In the end, I was not able to repair the equipment but left a happy person. I have since shopped there since and got the same kind of response. It has always been positive.

I dropped in to pick up some scrubs for my sister, and found this place to be pretty cool… They have scrubs and much more, I found the staff to be pretty friendly and helpful. I met Sandy, she’s the owner of the store… She was pleasant.
It’s nice to have a scrub store in SanTan Valley, we don’t have to drive all the way to Gilbert anymore.

This is a cool scrubs store. As far as selection goes there’s a lot of different kinds of scrubs there, but finding that a matching set in your size can be a bit of a chore. But it’s nice to be able to go in, and look at the different scrubs, feel the textures, and get a feel for what set you want to buy. The lady behind the counter was very helpful, and offered to order any scrubs online of which they didn’t have in my size. I am a medium, so I would not have thought my size would have been that difficult to find, but I was very impressed with the many different brands and styles they carried. They have a lot of accessories as well if you’re into that sort of thing.

Don’t go to this place, terrible customer service!!! We bought a pair of expensive scrubs there and noticed after we washed them that there was dark spots all over them (we checked our washer/​dryer and nothing was in it I even washed whites after to see if they got dyed, we’ll they didn’t…) so we brought them back (the first girl was amazing and exchanged them for us) well we washed them again and same thing… Dark wine colored spots (I think the fabric is messed up or something cause we just washed them in warm water, no soap or softener) we called back to the store and this time I guess got the old lady who owns it… She was so rude, basically called my husband a liar and said the lady earlier should of not taken the other scrubs back…
Even though there’s nothing we can do about the scrubs and it’s not there fault, just faulty fabric, we will never go back here just due to the older lady’s (managers?) customer service skills!
