I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and when I got it it looked like a cheese pizza with a few pineapples on top. They didn’t even offer to redo it. I wish they were consistent with their pizza. Little Caesars pizza did a better job than Pizza Hut did and unfortunately I paid more for a poor job done.

I ordered tonight(Thursday) an 8piece traditional wings $ 8 and some change. Got home and ALL of them were tiny. I’m talking baby bird tiny. …Why is it, when you order them on wing Wednesdays, you pay less and they’re HUGE??? You’d think when you PAYFULL price you’d get what you paid for. I’ve had this happen before, but this is the first I’ve complained about it. . I called the store, talked to the manager and she said she couldn’t credit me back, but if I came back in tonight she’d remake them. I’m already home and my three kids are in bed. . She said that was all she could do. . Talk about horrible customer service! For now on, Domino’s gets my service!

This Pizza Hut is great! We order from them every football Sunday! Super quick and pizza always tastes great and is super hot! I’m a huge wing fan and the buffalo medium is my favorite!

Been a Pizza Hut fan for decades. I much prefer it to Papa Johns, Dominoes, Rosatis. or the other posers. I have been ordering delivery from this location for almost 2 years. Chronology: 5:26, order pizza online, email tells me it will be delivered by 5:56pm. 6:23pm, call location to find out what is going on. 1rst employee cannot find my order using name and confirmation number, tells me to wait and talk to the manager. 6:33pm, 2nd employee asks me my phone number, and after exhausting research tells me that they show the order was delivered at 6:01pm. After much discussion, I ask her why am I not talking to the manager. She replies that he is making pizzas. I ask her if she can relieve him so that I can talk to a manager as promised. 6:43, another employee comes on the phone and asks me the same questions, I ask her where is the manager and she replies, «in the bathroom»! I tell her I want to speak to the manager. At 6:50, the manager finally arrives and tells me he was outside talking to some employees(really?). He asks me all the same questions and tells me he needs to research to find out who took the order!, Really? What kind of service is this? Finally, he asks me if I would like to cancel that previous order and start a new one! Hey Pizza Hut manager training division, have you ever heard of customer service? How about, early in this debacle, someone says, «So sorry about this mix-up, I will make your order right now and send the driver ASAP.» Nothing, no $ 1 off, no coupon for the next order, nothing! The manager had no corporate number to call and told me to go to the website to complain. I told him that I would never eat Pizza Hut again. Back in about 1990, I told a Little Caesars manager the same thing. I, nor any of my family have been to Little Caesars since then. I keep my promises. So, based on previous patronage, Pizza Hut will lose approximately $ 100 per month from now on. Over the next 30 years, without computing inflation, their loss is $ 36,000. Abysmal service should not be rewarded or tolerated. Just sayin’

Been here a couple of times for take out. They’re pretty quick at pumping out pizzas, and Pizza Hut is always tastier than Domino’s, I don’t care what the«National Taste Tests» say. For $ 10, it’s not too bad a deal for any size pizza with any number of toppings. All the employees that I’ve had contact with at this location are friendly, which is always an important factor. I recommend that Pizza Hut makes a punch card of some sort… buy a few pizzas, get one free, sort of thing. Talk to management, get back to me.
