Dunkin’ Donuts

Normally I love coming here. The guy that works the drive thru had the best attitude and always gets my order right. The girl this morning was rude hit it wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected she rolled her eyes. She also loaded my coffee with sugar. Guess no coffee for me this morning. Such a waist of money won’t be back

I have been coming to this location for years and years since it opened. I’m from the east coast so I was wicked excited to see it open. Always great coffee and customer service. Woody is the best!

I always visit this particular location and the thing that makes me go back every time is the service from the guy working in the drive-thru…I believe his name is Woody? His greeting alone makes anyone feel welcomed and special. He clearly enjoys his job and he is ALWAYS consistent with his service offered to customers. He is definitely in the right line of duty. Thank you for always being so friendly and showing what true customer service means. He is a true asset to your company.
On top of that the coffee and donut is the best ever!

Best Dunkin in the east valley! I go there at least 3 times a week (it’s my vice)! I have been to several in the east valley and this one is so far the fastest and most accurate. Always friendly and their donuts are always fresh.

The guy working the drive thru here is awesome! How could you be having a bad day having this guy talking to you all goofy.
His name is Woody!!! Woody is awesome! Best customer service I’ve had out of all the Dunkins I have been to across the valley.

The staff at this location is super friendly and funny! They made me smile today along with providing quick and quality service. When I got home the donuts were your typical Dunkin variety, fresh and warm though. I definitely recommend this place for a fun breakfast stop!

The coffee here is phenomenal, I can’t start my day off without their Iced caramel coffee with cream and liquid sugar. (which I recommend) But the coffee isn’t the only good thing here. The customer service is great the man in the drive thru makes my day with his excitement and humor it makes you feel welcome. I will always be a fan of Dunkin Donuts.

Staff is super friendly, fast and accurate. Coffee is always fresh.
I always get hot coffee cream and sugar. The cream and sugar is mixed throughout and not settled at the bottom of the cup.

I occasionally go a little later in the day and they are out of my favs so will make it if possible or GIVE me something else they think I might like to try.
Yes, mornings are always a long wait. That’s because food is sparse around this area of town, so everyone goes here. Its not like staff is standing around doing nothing, they are running around getting orders together, putting together sandwich and making fancy coffee drinks.

This DD location has the friendliest, upbeat staff (especially Woody) that know how to put a smile on my face, even before having my morning coffee! Their selection of doughnuts are always fresh and plenty. I have always had great food and wonderful customer service no matter what time of the day I pop by!

Woody makes this the best place to get donuts. Always providing a laugh, he brightens our day. Wish more places had a friendly face like him.

I love this Dunkin Donuts. I havent a clue about That Betty gal down below but I happen to enjoy Woody. He brightens up my day! My food is yummy and my latte is delicious.. Keep up the work! Also if you jave a problem with your food Bill has no issues with fixing it.

Ugh! What should I say!
My dad worked as a manager for 15 years for a Dunkin donuts in New York.
So im quit familiar how things are suppose to go.
I go here often because this is the only place near by that has breakfast.
So when I’m done with my night shift use the drive thru.
There is always a wait at least 15 – 20 minutes at the drive thru.
Half the time they burn my egg and cheese croissant the other half the time they don’t cook it long enough and it’s like eating raw dough
What annoys me the most and the offense to him is woody the obnoxious guy taking orders I know he is trying to be funny but it’s annoying. He doesn’t even let you finish your statement and does «what would you like to wash that down with»!?
Always loses my train of thought
Then his stupid remarks is that your final answer etc etc so irritating
I’m sure he is a nice guy trying to be funny but in the morning when your coming off a night shift and all you want is some food
You don’t want to here all that
So if your reading this
Please tone it down a bit
Some of us aren’t morning people

The best DD around! I have never had a problem here. Can’t get enough of energetic Woody at the drive thru — he makes the coffee ordering experience amusing. The staff is always pleasant. The coffee is consistently good. Can’t beat the deal they have during the summer for 99-​cent medium iced coffees. Yum!

It has a drive thru but very congested parking lot. Was not designed well. Staff usually friendly, especially if you go inside vs. drive through. Been here a few times & haven’t had a bad experience, other than parking.

Came here at 8:15pm, walked in and guy locked door right behind me saying they were closing and their selection was that of a donation bin basically. I left, I don’t need to choose from the crumbs of others.

Been here a few times hittin’ up the drive thru. I’ve always had a friendly experience with no troubles. Never been inside though.

It is a shame that this is the closest location to me because I have tried ordering 7 different times for various donuts, and only 1 out of the 7 times the donuts actually were soft, the other 6 the donuts were rock hard, stale, and tasted terrible. The iced coffee is the only reason I gave the 2 star review because that has been the only thing worth trying at DD. The staff is friendly, the donuts just happen to taste terrible.
Also, they are great at giving dog treats to my dogs when I pull up.

There are good, but not the best. I favor the ham & cheese bakery sandwich. It’s a deliciously toasted sandwich on a deli roll, has sliced ham, swiss cheese and dijon mustard. I could eat these every day of the week!
When I went this morning, it was if the whole town of Queen Creek was there. The drive through had a line wrapped around the building, the parking lot was full, and the establishment was bursting at the seems with the amount of people in the store.
Service was pretty expeditious and the staff was friendly.

I visit this DD almost every morning for coffee. There is one employee there in the morning that is just a really nice and friendly human being. I honestly don’t know his name but he takes the orders through the drive through and is always very friendly and happy. He also is considerate if I am on the phone and while I understand that is kinds of rude of me, he gets that people work and it happens!
The coffee is the best and worth the price. They also have a punch card where you can get your 8^th cup of coffee free. Overall I LOVE this location!
