Allstate self service and the manager Wendy and her staff are awesome. We have been clients there for three years. And have never been greeted with out a smile
In that time not only are the staff kind and helpful, this facility is always clean and tidy. Even after one of our nasty storms they are out picking up wind debris and tidying. With smiles I might add. It does not hurt to have a sense of humor. Teriffic service, all ways pleasant and professional. Wendy has been great when we downsized last year, she knew almost to the box what size we would need. Amazing !
I could only improve this if it were a ²⁴⁄₇ service.
