Excellent subs. No matter the time, day, or who is working the subs are the exact same everytime. Perfect balance of size, flavor and price. One of the most consistent places I have ever been to.

Great, awesome subs! Don’t be alarmed by the exterior. Looks like a shack that you pass on 404 on the way to the beach. But inside you get friendly service and subs that are fresh and don’t disappoint. The owner in fact is very particular on the quality of meats so you get nothing but the best. Up the street«Hot off the Coals» BBQ gets the majority of the beach travelers. I admit they’re awesome too. But that place can be a circus in the summer months. Well this is the perfect alternative. Everyone bound for the Delaware beaches overlooks this little gem. Next time your passing by and desire just a good sub sandwich, and oh yeah… they even sell beer! Stop in! I recommend the Italian sub!
