I will never come back here at night ever again. I usually stop in here during the day for a quick lunch. But this time I stopped here for dinner tonight. Thought I would just order a chili and a double stack to eat before making my way back to Seattle. Big mistake. My double stack I got came out with the bottom patty almost Coke through and the top patty was completely raw in the middle. I was nice and asked the counter person if I could just have another one and to make sure it was fully cooked. She showed the manager on duty and he looked at it and said it looks cooked to me but just make another one. Well needless to say I had the same result on the 2nd burger. You would think after hearing a complaint about a under cooked patty that they would make sure it’s cooked. Well they didn’t. I will post some pics of it. Not sure if the pictures u can tell but I’m definitely not going to eat it, it’s still undercooked!!!

Drive thru. New to area, love Wendy’s when I am allowed a fast food treat. Needless to say, that drive thru was a disaster. The cashier was friendly and it was suggested to her to tell her corporate that double drive through in that location not great. The people going through were even more rude than the usual cruddy drivers. The food was cold, the burgers smashed and when asked for ranch, the food deliverer at drive thru noted they were in there. Nope. Guess I’ll have to make that extra drive out of my way to another Wendy’s.

I love Wendys food. Always seems to taste fresh. On this visit I asked for two BBQ sauces and they didn’t put it in at in the bag. I went through the drive thru. They got a good size parking lot. I’ve gone to this location on several occasions in really haven’t experienced anything bad. Fast food is getting kind of ridiculous with the price. Seems that you’re always going to spend about $ 7 – 8 a person.

I went into the dining room, cashier was super nice waited maybe seven minutes at the most and when my food was ready the cashier apologized and gave me a free frosty for my trouble. Didn’t know that was a wait but oh well!

We purchased 2BBQ Chicken Ranch Salads today at the drive thru at this location. Parked outside. Halfway through my salad I noticed a funky odd tasting piece of lettuce, so I took it out of my mouth, and I pulled out PARTOF A GLOVE. I was sickened and livid at the same time. I had a glove in my MOUTH, that someone dirty hands were in. We went inside and complained to the manager about this, she said they make the salads every day, and they do wear gloves. Then she just stood there like, now what. My partner suggested a new salad, which she was more then happy to do. Why didn’t that worker that lost part of the glove, look to make sure they had the whole glove before the let these salads to the public? There also needs to be training in the management side on what to do in these cases, I am sure I am not the first one

These guys also try really hard to provide the best fast food service possible. Better than McDonald’s any day. Food has msg still. But it’s likely healthier than McDonald’s as well. My natural path doesn’t agree.

I see all the reviews of the lobby and bad customer service are justified. We came in here a year ago when it smelled like there was a problem with the bathroom throughout the restaurant. I could not believe they were still operating. That day we just left. We came back last week and guess what, the problem seems to be still there. We were hoping the issue would have been resolved. Customer service is a joke, I think the workers are just grouchy because of the smell. They make no effort to clean the lobby and are so SLOW. The drive through is a total cluster. When you pull in there is an opening to come up right to the menu board, I used that option once, and a person who went around would not let me straighten out, he just squeezed right past me probably thinking that somehow I was cutting in line when I just used the easier option. This seems to be the mentality of all the people who use the drive through. So I guess when you go there you better be prepared to go all the way around the restaurant. Or better yet, just avoid this place altogether, save your money and your sanity.

Okay let me start off by saying yes this is fast food and I understand I can’t expect much but my service was horrible. I went through the drive through and I was simply handed my food by who I assume was the manager. He just handed me my food and said not a single word to me. And to add insult to injury I found a rather large piece of plastic fiber baked into my hamburger. I’m sorry but save yourself the trouble and just go to McDonalds.

I usually eat here two or three times a week for lunch. Today was the worst experience I’ve had here. We had our lunch, then wanted to get frosty’s for desert for Father’s Day. I walked up to the counter, the only person there, and waited for Mairia to acknowledge I was there and take my order. She walked right past me at least a half dozen times without even acknowledging I was there. I stood there for almost ten minutes while all the people there seemed to be going in slow motion and not a single one could say something like we’ll be with you in just a minute… This is NOT customer service and I will start going elsewhere for lunch. I see now why this location has such a low rating…

Employees never smile, everytime i come. The dining room is disgustingly dirty, trash on the floor, sticky tables and chairs. Overall, I felt gross eating my food there, i mean, what does the kitchen look like?!?

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.. . The lobby smelled of urine as soon as we walked in, the staff was very unprofessional as 1) They kept bringing food to the front counter without it being in a bag or on a tray and 2) continuously interrupted the order taker, who was with customers, to ask«where does this go?»(Including the manager). My sister forgot to order fries so after the manager took my order of one medium fry he called it out to the staff behind him where a woman came holding the fries like I was supposed to just walk out the door with them. Finally the store was visibly dirty, they were not so busy that no one couldn’t spare and extra minute to sweep the food off the floor and wipe the counters off.. . We will never be returning to this Wendy’s.

decent food, service is so so, fries =- wasn’t to impressed with them– but still better then McDonalds fries are.(which isnt hard to do) Drinks, for this place I go with the Strawberry Lemonade since I dont like Coke products.

My mother and I ordered lunch. She ordered a half salad with apple. She is very allergic to strawberry. When I brought the order to the table she noticed that her salad had strawberry and went to get the correct salad. The older lady behind the counter grabbed the chicken on the salad bare handed and plopped it on another salad, after the meat had come in contact with the berry. My mother complained and got another, correct salad. The lady behind the counter then took the original salad, that had been in the customer area and handled with her bare paws, and returned it to the ‘fridge to serve to another customer. This is not a safe or sanitary practice, hopefully this is not S.O.P. in other stores. We will not be returning to this store again. I recommend others stay away from this store until management and employees have been properly trained.
