They resolve property maintenance requests without actually performing the work (I have opened 8 issues with my unit, and they actually performed work on two — and ignored the rest, including leaking faucets, windows that won’t close, and electrical outlet issues), attempting to raise rent without following their own lease guidelines (giving 5 days notice), try to enforce lease rules that are non-​existent or blatant misrepresentations of the lease (left a written warning saying a UPS package was causing a blockage to an egress walkway. The lease stated nothing about walkway blocking, and for God sakes, it was a PACKAGE). Leaving trash cans out for more than 8 hours past garbage pickup results in written warnings (trash pickup is on a monday and lots of people take three day weekends. They use this as an opportunity to FINE you for not being home on a Monday). UPS leaving deliveries on your porch results in written warnings on the SAME day as deliveries. Moving as soon as possible.

I am giving them a five star because for some god sent reason I stumble on them and spoke with Shannon and since that first phone call she has helped and worked with us relocating just in one week of finding a place she went out of her way to work with my husband and my decision to relocate to this home and I’m so excited to know that this is going to be our home is a success… Five stars to them…

RENTER’S BEWARE. This company is full of liars. They promise you one thing and don’t deliver. Get EVERYTHING in writing, especially if you are working with Dena. This is my only experience with a property management company and it couldn’t have been a worse experience. Maintenance is slow, communication is shotty at best and they make up their own rules as they go along. Be prepared for them to sight «laws» that don’t exist. Go somewhere else and rent, you will be happier in the long run. TRUST ME

I give 5 stars because one of my dearest friends works for this company, first and foremost. Secondly, we’ve got a beautiful home through them, and it’s exactly where I wanted to be living. Near everything, and easy enough to get to freeways to visit family and friends, while being in a family oriented community.
