Tattoo Machine

This place is great! I had a horrible tattoo that I over paid for from someone at a tattoo convention. Brian the shop owner fixed it! Did a complete tattoo cover-​up/​revamp. I was really scared because of what happened the first time but Brian made me laugh and did a great job!

Very disappointed with this establishment. Didn’t even end up getting my work done here. First of all, when I arrived to set up an appointment, I was treated like a bother and was not greeted when I came in. After standing for 5 minutes without being helped, I finally found someone to help me. This is my first tattoo, so I had several questions. I do not feel like the artist took the time to answer my questions, and felt again like the employees were annoyed by my business. Ended up setting an appt anyways, and put down a $ 20 deposit. Called and emailed several times for additional questions and to set up a time to come look at the drawing of my tattoo… Never heard a single word back. At the end of the day, I’d rather lose my $ 20 deposit instead of investing my money into a shop that doesn’t seem to give a shit about their customers. If you’re looking for a shop that is going to treat you like a respectable human, don’t go to TM.

I’m 66 years old and got my first tattoo from Brian and have to say I am extremely pleased with what he did for me and will be going back for more. We talked about motorcycles, travel and gorgeous redheads. It made the time fly by and was a bit disappointed when he said he was done. I was told by many getting a tattoo would be painful. On the contrary, I found it to be not bad at all and look forward to my next one, just have to decide where I’m going. Thanks, Brian. Big John in Puyallup

Kristi did my Lotus flower and Om symbol tattoo today and I love it! Her sketch was beautiful and just what I wanted. She was so patient with me with my indecision and did not push me and rush me. She was very friendly and professional.

What can I say except the clean cut guy is an ass hole. My wife and I went in there today 12/​26/​2011 to inquire about not one but 2 tattoo’s. One for me and one for my daughter. Being that I have only one tattoo and I might ad I received it well over 20 years ago. Anyways we went in with a few questions and the guy acted like we were bugging him. We got there right as they opened and there was no other customers in the shop. Once again mind you we are new to this thing so we had a few questions. We were told the rate for them was $ 120 per hour and the work I was seeking would take about 4 hours, we said ok. They went onto say they couldn’t do it then because they would have to draw it up, and once again we said fine. We were then asked to make a $ 20 deposit and once again be did. My wife and I left with an appointment in hand for New Years eve. After we left my wife and I just to happen by another tattoo shop,” All Star Tatto”. Now keep in mind my wife and I went in just to look and there was a guy inside doing work on a customer who very nicely greeted us. I told him I had a few questions but would wait until he had a minute. To my delight and surprise he was more then happy to help us all the while working on someone else. Needless to say I received my «Michael the Arch Angel» tattoo, my daughter got her tattoo, both of them were done with great detail for a grand total of $ 500 and completed in less then 3 hours! Tattoo Machine sucks, and All Star Tattoo rocks. By the way my artists name was Ian!

Great quality work. Garret is awesome! he helped me design my whole sleeve. and covered up my mistakes very well. we usually talk about video games while im getting work done.
