First off I love this taco bell location. They have the friendliest staff, super fast and when they miss something from our drive-thru order(which is pretty seldom) they always make it quickly so I am off on my way(I just pull over and walk in and let them know something is missing). I also love how the drive thru peoples taking my order make it sound like they are having fun. It’s always good when people enjoy doing their job, even if you know they probably hate it. Needless to say, sometimes they skimp on some stuff(Again, pretty seldom) in which I would fill out the survey. Also, if you fill it out you have a chance to win $ 500. Why not? Worth a shot. Anyway, this Taco Bell is by far the best one I’ve been to. They are pretty awesome! Come check them out for your self.

I’ve never filled out one of these on a fast food restaurant but I still remember an experience I had here from 5 months ago that I want to share . There was a new girl working front counter and the Puyallup fair was in town. It was super busy but she was doing the best she could. Somehow my order(which was relatively simple) got deleted. I was standing there for a good 20 minutes when a tall guy with long black hair who had gotten off work when I initially walked into the store asked me what I was waiting for. I told him and he looked at me confused then relayed my order to his coworkers. Me being very shy, I wouldn’t have been able to do that myself and I’m actually still very grateful to him for doing that, if he hadn’t I would have still been standing there to this day, haha. The workers upon realizing their mistake apologized profusely and stopped making everyone else’s food making to focus on my order. So to that tall guy: Thank you c:

Pretty decent Taco Bell near the Puyallup state fair! Staff seems to be on top of things, and the place is clean. I do not like fast food but I got to admit that the service and the cleanliness is awesome at this place. Got to had it to them although they are a fast food eatery. I would probably consider stopping by this establishment again even though I hate fast food. For this place, I definitely will. :)

I honestly don’t really know where to start. It’s great that this location is always busy. There is never a lull. However the staff does not have the speed of service that this location needs to keep customers happy. Any time I have chosen to go here something goes wrong. My order is wrong or poorly made, I have to wait over 40 minutes in the drive thru, or I get double charged. They just can’t seem to get it right. For giggles I looked to see what openings they had at this location and when I see that a store manager position was recently posted I’m glad that someone at corporate notices that something needs to change. I’ve watched numerous people either walk out or leave due to waiting. As a former yum brand restaurant store manager I’m appalled that they let this go on this long without acting sooner.

first off get your drugged out dumb shits that work there to get the ORDERSRIGHT! every time I have gone there for either myself or for others you all fuck it up. also tell the manager there to do his job hire people who know how to follow orders and not just hire people that hes there to hit on… yeah that mean yous Derek. this place either needs to get its shit together.

Today was the second time in a week that I have gone thru the drive-thru and ordered the exact same thing… both times… the order was lacking the spicy sauce on my spicy tostada. The medium drink was filled with ice, because 3 gulps later there was nothing but ice in the cup. I will have to go back when the place burns to the ground and something else is built there.

Two items we ordered were not correct. Thankfully we dined in and the issues were promptly fixed, but it ended with us having too much food as we were told to keep the incorrect items. Our food was made fast, which is to be expected. But the food was just okay, definitely nothing to rave about. Good service.

In just the past few weeks, they have hired an abundance of new people. While they are(understandably) a little slow, the service not only I, but also my family has received is remarkably better than it ever has been before. I never really had a taste(no pun intended) for the little restaurant before, but, at least during the early afternoon-evening time that I’ve been there, the employees have been nothing but nice, and delivered great service!

I wouldnt even give this one star but i have to. Apparently if you work here you are first priority! As a customer my husband and I had to wait a ½ hour for all of the employees to stop bullshiting just to get up to place our order. This is just before shift change. I do believe this is the slowest fast food joint I’ve ever been to. Also the girl who took my order is deaf because she got my order wrong! Horrible!!! If you are wanting food in a decent time, don’t come here. You might as well go to a sit down restraunt.

pretty quick considering it was packed full and the fair is going on. Food was hot and fresh. However, we were missing an item and the lobby was messy.

It’s Taco Bell — It’s fast food and good«after bar» food. We don’t eat fast food very often but had a couple of those beefy nacho grillers when they first came out and really liked them so I thought we’d grab them again. We got a couple of other things and the new Cinamon Bites. The food was pretty good(you know… for being fast food). The ONLY reason I gave it three stars is because the cinnamon bites were COLD. I had heard several people just brag about how awesome these things are and I’ve gotten them twice now and both times they have just been cold. I’m not talking just«not warm». I’m talking still frozen in the middle cold. If I decide to give them a third shot, I’m really hoping that they step it up and actually keep them in long enough.

Food was the usual. Went here last week around eleven pm. Was nice and polite, Please and thank you. It must have bothered someone who yelled«punk» out the window as I drove away. My only assumption was I bothered the large white boy towering over the drive thru girl when I pulled up to the window. Maybe I was too nice to his girlfriend or something. I was just being polite since I had the job for a long time. Dammed if you do or dammed if you don’t. Freaking ridiculous.

Went here yesterday with my friend from work. We went through the drive thru and upon paying separately my friend received the wrong order and said«okay, have a nice day.» We told the girl that she gave us the wrong order and the manager told her to «swap out with me.» So she could correct it. My friend finally received her correct order and the manager said«okay here you are, have a good day.» So we told her to refund us the difference of the sandwich since it was over $ 2.50. The manager obviously annoyed refunded her and again tried to shoo us away. We had to tell her that I was still waiting on my food. She apologized for the construction work for the dining area and told us to have a good day. I don’t think the construction in the dining room impacted drive thru and customer service but what do I know.

Sometimes you just get that craving. Unfortunately, you don’t always get what you want. More often than not, my order has had missing bits or just simply wrong. I also always emphasize I want lots and lots of fire sauce – this is essential. They usually give me at least a few, but too often they have forgotten to give me any at all even when I remind them at the window prior to handing me my food. Sometimes my crunchy tacos are soggy. Half the time there is what appears to be a single tablespoon of meat in the entire taco. This is what you discover when you ask for no lettuce. I have gotten home only to find half the order missing. Great. This is why it is important to check your bag before driving off, kiddos, especially when it comes to fast food… including Taco Bell. Worst part is… When I returned for my missing food, I didn’t even get an apology.

What can you say about fast food that isn’t already obvious. No matter when you go, it’s going to be hit and miss and you really can’t please everyone. This spot is no different. It’s the last stop for food before I’m home and I hit it often. They’re done a pretty average job over the past couple of years I’ve lived in the valley, but they aren’t without a goof up here and there. Overall, it’s not THAT bad and that’s why I swing by once or twice a month for a late night snack!

This Taco Bell has always been a little hit-or-miss with their service, but in the last five months(eating here 1 – 2 times a week), they have been very consistent in getting your order right. Now, they have brought back my old favorite breakfast menu, with a few new additions. Almost ten years ago they had breakfast servings, but it went away; now they are back, with the breakfast burrito leading the way. The bacon and egg burrito is delicious, if a little smaller than their earlier incarnation(so now you need to order two to get filled). There is also a sausage version of the burrito, or a new Johnsonville sausage wrap. I tried the wrap, but found it to taste«musty», like a home that had been closed up while the family goes on vacation. You can order their regular menu items too, so a 7AM urge for a Mexican pizza can also be fulfilled. But the best, most awesome addition to their menu are the Cinnabon bites; round, bite-sized, filled with warm and gooey sweet filling, they melt in your mouth and are gone all too soon. The décor is standard fast food emporium. So, my rating(for breakfast): Staff — A, Décor — C, Food — B+

Love the location of this place, I normally really like Taco Bell, but the last few times they cannot get our order right. They’ve either forgot something or completely screwed up the the order. Still gonna eat there, going to go back, but come on man, its not that hurt.

Your typical Taco Bell Location is fairly good, near the Fairgrounds and close to downtown, sometimes traffic can be kind of hard to get in and out of being so close to Meridian. The building/interior is starting to show some age. Floors/tables were pretty clean while we were there.
