I brought raven my 2000 bayliner and they replaced my water pump in my out drive the same day. I am totally happy with the work, so I had them winterize it this winter.

What a collection of ding dongs. I had a small outboard down there for more than a month and kept getting shined-​on with new promises. Instead of just communicating, that they had lost a part and that they had a family crisis, they just kept telling me things were fine and that my job would get done by my departure date. Finally, I had to threaten to call the cops to reclaim what I was going to classify as stolen property. Fortunately, one of their underlings came down, opened the shop, gave me my outboard and apologized. I guess it could have been worse — but not by much.
