We have been using them for a number of years and they have never let me down.
We started with a rodent issues under the house when we moved in and they came — eliminated the rodents, removed the insulation that was destroyed, replaced the plastic on the ground and the dirt that was an issue. They have been monitoring the area under the house and in the attic and we have not had any issues since.
They check out the home — inside and outside — every quarter and are efficient with what they do. Occasionally we have had wasp issues in the summer under the eves which they have removed as part of the monthly fee.
Today they came and took care of a major wasp issue which was under the shingles on the roof and they (wasp) made an entry into the house. The technician came out immediately and eliminated the issue.
