Tri County Windows and Siding

We could not be more pleased with Tri-​County. Our experience started on a positive note when we called for an appointment to arrange an estimate. The Tri-​County rep was friendly and professional. Scott Maple showed up at the agreed upon time. We discussed the renovations and discussed assorted options. Scott listened to what we wanted and provided advice on a wide-​variety of available options. He did not push expensive upgrades. Actually, there were certain upgrades that he recommended we not select. It was obvious from this initial meeting that Scott has a lot of experience in this business. He knew his product lines and fully understood the actual installation process (he wasn’t just a «salesman» but someone who knew the entire process). The same could not be said for some of the other companies we called.
The four separate projects were completed on four separate days. Each time, the crews showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterward. The workmanship was fantastic. In terms of quality of work, perhaps one of the best I’ve ever had at my current house. Throughout the entire process, from getting an estimate to completion of the project, Tri-​County was very responsive and active. Calls and emails were returned immediately. Every question was answered.
Tri-County’s prices were very competitive. Some contractors came in with really high prices but negotiated down significantly. Others offered slightly lower prices at the outset but the estimate process did not go well (late arrival, delayed return calls, etc.). Scott hit it out of the park from the beginning and instilled a lot of confidence. The final results validated our confidence in Tri-​County.
