Towles Club K-9 Resort

We really like Towles for grooming. The groomer is fabulous. We have a Poodle/​Bichon mix and the shampoo and conditioner they use makes him so soft and he does not tangle or mat.

If I were a dog I too would give Towle’s 5 Stars ! We were recommended Towle’s by a local Vet in Punta Gorda and I can say that the experience has been outstanding ! We took our little dog for the dog daycare and a grooming and from the initial greeting, paper work process, leaving and picking her up the service was nothing but the best. I am all for customer service and that’s where most facilities fail so I give an A1 for Towle’s. The next thing is a caring staff — I have been in the arena of «human «healthcare for 50 years and have always felt that my patients deserve nothing less than I expect for myself which is just how I felt about Towle’s so A1 again. Our little dog who is usually very nervous came bouncing out with joy and her grooming was the best ever — another A1. We have thus far met 3 staff members — A1 again. I can’t wait to take her back again and again… fantastic !

We have used this facility to board our dogs twice. It has been for very short stays, but I wanted to review them because they deserve it. I know my dogs are in good hands. From the reservation phone call to the pick up, I can’t say anything negative! They are always very nice and cordial. Their pricing is excellent! I don’t have to pay extra for a bath, (unlike other facilities), gotta love the «mandatory» bath. And the extra 35.00 per dog charge. They don’t do that!!! We use them when we visit family across the state. I only wish they were closer to my home. If you want a facility that is clean, caring and reasonable look no further.
