Just used them today to fix a freezer and refrigerator. What an awesome experience. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find a reliable, professional appliance repair business in this area but this is the place. They email the times the day before, the tech was extremely clean and got things done quickly and right, and I thought the price was very fair. I am so glad they were recommended to me because this is really a top of the line repair place. I am also thankful that the lady at Prompt Appliance Repair was miserable to me on the phone because I had tried them first before getting the recommendation for Mr. Appliance. I’m a customer for life and can’t be more happy!
