The people that work there are awesome. I have always been treated very well every time I’ve gone in and the people there know what they are talking about so I feel confident in any recommendations they make. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone if I could.

called lens crafters on my new glasses, a girl named Lilly answers and tells me they’re not there and that i should call back next week. I say I ordered them last monday and that they should be there by this thursday. She puts me on hold and someone else picks up the phone. I give him my name and he says they came in this morning and theyll be ready tonight… what were you doing Lilly, i’m very disappointed in you.

I like this place the service is great. Reason I give it a 3⁄5 is because they dont have a whole of variety when it comes to brands for glasses. However I do like the fact they have good warranties on the glasses and they have decent deals going on as well. They have a good coverage network for your insurance if you have one.

Never again.
I purchased a pair of glasses and they offered what I thought would be a good deal on sunglasses. When I got the sunglasses i discovered what they call prescription sunglasses: regular glasses with a sunglass lens glued on. Yes, i couldn’t believe it. I will never step foot in this or any other Lenscrafters again.
