No joke, our hot water went out over 15 times in one semester. You’d jump in the shower on Sunday morning during the winter and it would be 20 degrees outside and you’d have no hot water. It was horrible and a very real health hazard. We complained and complained and they wouldn’t fix it. They pressured tenants to not file complaints or work orders. We passed a petition and they got very upset and defensive. After a semester’s worth of frustration they offered to compensate the tenants about $ 5, or the cost of the gas on the days when it went out. It’s close to campus and it’s fairly cheap, but stay away. They struggle to respond to maintenance requests. The wards are typically fantastic, but you can also find high quality wards elsewhere. The girl in the office is the daughter of the owner and she is very rude. Just don’t move here. There are too many other similar apartments without the awful management.
