Rented a waterslide from jumping Jupiter the kids had such a great time that going to rent again.

Rented the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse jump house for my daughter’s birthday party. This was the first jump house I have ever rented and price wise Jumpin Jupiter was the most reasonable. The whole renting process was simple. The delivery guys were so nice and very professional. I will be renting from them again.

I moved home from Ohio 2 years ago and had to find a new inflatables biz for my kids. Someone recommended Jumpin Jupiter and I cannot be more pleased. I spoke to the owner this time because calling so early in the year and he was friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I am writing this review now because I just placed my order for our annual party this May. Our 3^rd time ordering from Jumpin Jupiter. The customer service is great and the selection of inflatables is amazing. This year we are going with the Boot Camp Challenge and can’t wait. I also have to mention how clean the inflatables are. I am not a germaphobe or anything but you never know. The delivery guys were efficient and friendly. Thanks Jumpin Jupiter!

We ordered a water slide for this Saturday, August 1^st. Upon ordering we were informed that it would be delivered the morning of the party and picked up the following day, August 2^nd. Later on they decided it would be delivered the day before the party, Friday July 31^st, between 8:30 am and 12pm. They arrived at 4pm, four hours late. As it was not the day of the party this was not the biggest inconvenience, however errands that needed to be run were put on hold while we waited hours. After setting up the slide we were asked what time they should pick it up Saturday August 1^st. Ugh, what??? The friendly delivery duo placed me on the phone with their boss, who proceeded to speak over me and not allow me to have one word in. He informed me that they do not allow their products to stay over night at the residence. Upon hearing this I asked, «Well then, why are you dropping it off on a Friday and leaving it overnight for the Saturday party???» The man had no proper answer to the valid question. Instead he insisted that we were wrong in saying we were informed that it would be picked up Sunday. I re-​directed the rude and angry boss to my father, who had actually spoke to the receptionist and placed the order. Apparently we were correct, and the receptionist misinformed us about their delivery and pick-​up procedures. Terrible customer service and complete miscommunications. Avoid these people and order from somewhere else. The only plus side was how nice the delivery guys were! Otherwise avoid avoid avoid!

I contracted Jumping Jupiter for an inflatable bounce house rental for my son’s 3^rd birthday party. They were very professional and their rental rate was lower than competitors. They sent a follow up email confirming all the order info and called in advance of the delivery to discuss the party plans and bounce house set up and break down times. Upon arrival the two gentlemen, both professional and clean cut took at look at the yard and set up the bounce house pretty quickly. They gave us a tutorial on how to reinflate should we blow a fuse and one set up, they gave the bounce house a wipe down. We were very happy with our Justice League bounce house and will order from them again.
As an aside, I caution folks about filling out those online webforms with name, address, etc. when requesting quotes. We actually ended up with another bounce house company showing up at our house the day of the party. The person that showed up at my door had multiple piercings and tattoos and cursed at me when I pointed out the already inflated bounce house in my yard.
