This new addition to the boutiques of Wayland Square is cute: bright, colorful clothing with prints that range from funky to demure. They carry both women’s and men’s sportswear, mostly tees and shorts and polo shirts.
The clothing was cute, but I have to admit the price tags were a bit astounding. $ 88 for a pair of swim trunks? $ 140 for a button down shirt? $ 95 for a tee? The quality was lovely, but for items meant for lounging and playing, those prices are a bit steep.
The woman behind the counter was welcoming and informative; she was friendly but not pushy and let me do my browsing after she told me about the sale. WHen i thanked her and said goodbye, she was just as nice.
I can see the older set on the East Side digging these threads, but honestly they’re just not for me.
