We stayed here from August until March, the place is great, conveniently located to everything, manicured and super clean, but best of all people who work there are incredible! They know your name, they are very accommodating, pleasant, helpful and responsive. We would totally live here forever if they had a 3 bedroom apartment!

Avalon at Center Place is a tastefully decorated, well-​kept, beautifully landscaped, conveniently located building. I feel safe and secure living here. Staff are uniformly pleasant, helpful, and responsive. Good fitness center. If there were a grocery store within easy walking distance, it would be absolutely perfect!

The Avalon is awesome! It’s close to everything (right across the street from the Providence train station, maybe 100 yards from the mall, easily within walking distance of Downcity Providence), has a great staff working there, and is manageable when you opt to live with roommates like I did. My favorite part about living here is that you almost never have to wait more than a day when you put in a maintenance request. My only complaint is the space factor, which I have put upon myself honestly living with two roommates in a two bedroom. No matter though! The free coffee and tea all the time, free pastries on Sunday morning, and just the general sense of safety put my mind at ease.
