Need a — RED caution POOR stars to rate Prosser’s KFC. If your traveling on I 82 don’t stop in drive thru you’ll be disappointed when you get down the road & your order is not correct. This makes a poor reflection on our great town of Prosser. Since they opened years ago we have only gotten the correct order 3 times. 99% of time they are out of Breasts. How do you run out of chicken @ 6:30 — 7:00 pm. We do not eat thighs or legs which they must have an abundance of cheaper pieces of chicken. We always use drive thru & order Original recipe 2 Breast &1 wing meal. After getting home & opening the boxes we found that our order is never correct. We’ve had 1 breast 2 wings, missing 1 side, crunchy breasts in my opinion is a small breast with an inch of crust. I’ve called the store & complained asking to talk to manager after being persistent I received a call back explained what we order & what problems we’ve had. She said she would send me a coupon for 2 free meals. When the hand written postcard arrived it was for 2, leg & thigh meals. Apparently she didn’t listen to my complaint or it was not a priority to provide us with 2 Breast meals. We gave the card to friends who have kids & don’t eat out. On occasion we go back. I ask if it’s 2 Breast meals they said it’s what ever you ordered. I sit in drive thru & open our boxes now to be sure our order is correct, still have had to pass boxes back for them to fill correct order. I’ve tried to contact corporate by phone & online to no avail. Employees need valued & continual training in customer service & being prepared & stocked with chicken & fresh sides.

Went there on Tuesday of last week(8−25−15), through the drive-thru. I got tiny, cold and greasy chicken, and my biscuit was so old it was crunchy. I couldn’t even open it to put the«butter» on it, because it was so shrunken and dried up. I ate the leg(leg/thigh combo) and couldn’t eat the thigh because it was so yukky and greasy. I left it in the box and put the box in the fridge; the next day my daughter stayed at our house and commented she thought the chicken was«old» because of it’s appearance(small/shrunken and over-greasy). I’m so disappointed in this KFC I actually just called corporate and complained; yet again. One Superbowl Sunday a few years ago(we seriously avoid this restaurant now because of it’s «issues») I went there to order chicken and they were out of chicken. I believe I called corporate then. The last visit before 8 – 25’s visit, I went there during lunch hour(probably 18mos. ago) and decided to order a Pot Pie since they were on special that day. They were out of Pot Pies! What do you know? It’s a joke. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

The staff and quality of service is by far one of the worst I have ever been too. They were out of chicken breast and wings to be exact. They are always out of something here it is also a Taco bell also the restaurant is dirty they don’t clean always short staffed and mostly rude. Buyer beware

OK so I never write reviews but I feel compelled to protect my fellow man from the KFC in Prosser. It’s a dump. We drive through occasionally from Eastern WA back to home in Central WA. The last 2 times they have been out of Original Recipe. You read it right, KFC out of chicken! This time 2 drive thru guest had to come in within 3 minutes for messed up orders. The place is run down, poorly managed and terrible at customer service. If you like KFC, stop in Sunnyside. If you stop in Prosser, consider yourself forewarned and eat at your own risk.
