Great, healthy lunches and smoothies. My kids love their banana pb&j roll up. I love their power protein bowls, cool concept. Can usually find us there once a week

My wife and I have searched all over for a healthy place to eat besides whole foods in Allen. This is by far the best place I’ve been to for a healthy, fresh meal and smoothie. The pineapple kale smoothie is my favorite. Even if you don’t like green smoothies, you should try it! It’s sooo good. I also like the southwest wrap. It’s pretty spicy so if you are sensitive, you might order without jalapeños. Overall great place for a healthy lunch.

Healthy fresh is a great place to stop by on your way to work or after your workout. The wraps are amazing as well. Staff is amazing and they all have a great community room available for meeting or events. Stop by and see them. #5StarReview Isaac Varela Write a comment…

The fresh healthy café is a great addition to Prosper. For someone that is constantly on the go it the alternative I need for grabbing good healthy meals. The owner and manager are caring and knowledgeable of their products.

The service is mediocre, but their avocado smoothie is really good! It’s not overly sweetened, the flavors are well balanced, and the consistency is smoothly dense. It’s light, but filling. I’ve only been here twice and each time I’ve ordered the same smoothie. To get a better gage of the rest of the menu, I’ll have to venture and order something different on my next visit. I was frustrated on my second visit here though. I only had a 30 minute lunch, but it took 18 minutes to receive my smoothie! The girl was friendly enough initially and she was understandably overwhelmed when a lunch crowd surged in simultaneously, but I thought that a smoothie for lunch would’ve been a quick grab and go. The cashier must’ve forgotten because at the eighteen minute mark, I had to cut in(as a customer was about to order) and ask her to just void and refund my transaction because I had to return to work ASAP(it is completely unacceptable in my line of work to even be a second late!). She said it’d take a moment and actually had it ready and quickly poured it into a cup as I was about to leave. I saw a «Now Hiring» sign on the window, so hopefully when they are better staffed, this sort of wait time won’t be an issue. It is a local business and I noticed that they’re closed on Sunday’s, which impressed me. That indicates to me that the business owner has values to recognize that day for the employees to have off for rest and/or worship. :) The menu selection seemed simple, but each option appeared healthy and refreshing. That avocado smoothie though — delicious!

I love this place. Would be 5 stars if it weren’t so expensive. But in a world where it’s so hard to find good healthy food when you’re eating out, this place is a breath of fresh air. The kale pineapple smoothie is good. The soups are good. The salads are good. And the manager is incredibly friendly. Have eaten here 3 times now and enjoyed every experience. It’s going to be a regular for me.

Finally a healthy choice nearby! What a great concept. This place is clean and inviting. The décor is modern and trendy. Just what Prosper needs. I have been several times and so far I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve gotten. The Power bowls and smoothies are tasty! I will definitely continue to go back.

I was so excited to try this place out! I went there for the first time yesterday. I had the Veggie Portobello paninis and my mom had the Tukey Bacon Avocado.paninis. She said the avocado was barely there but we were both pleased with our paninis overall. What we were not excited about is that when we ordered water for a drink, we were told that they only have $ 2 bottle water. When we wouldnt purchase those, we were told that they could give us some water but it would be in tiny cups. They were not lying! The cups they brought out were the disposable cups your kids use to rinse out their mouth after they brush their teeth! Are you kidding me?! This is ridiculous! Their ice tea is $ 2.50 for a 16oz. The drink situation at this place is silly. I shouldnt have to bring my own water or take my sandwich to go just because I wont pay for a $ 2 bottle of water or a $ 2.5016oz tea. Even though the paninis was good, we probably wont be back. You get treated like an idiot if you dont buy the $ 2 water bottle, and you certainly look like one drinking from those tiny cups while eating there!

Have been here 2 times. Soups are great. Salad was good. Owner was running register and juice machine creating long line. Needs full time person. Observations only one salt and pepper shaker for entire restaurant. Had to ask for sweetener. Kept behind counter. Broken table but no sign saying excuse but broken so people keep sitting and then moving. i asked for a panini and owner said I have no bread today. 1⁄3 of items are not available. We like concept but not quite there. Prices are too high. Salad and small soup w/tea is $ 12. Willing to pay a little more for fresh but portions are too small

Disappointing. I saw many bad reviews but since there are not a lot of options up here. Almost the same stuff happened to me. The people that work there have no sense of urgency. Slovenly walking around like they smoked weed. The cashier was nice but distant. Kept looking away sometimes for 20 seconds at a time. The food was almost a joke. I got a $ 6 salad that was SMALLER than a to go free side salad at any restaurant. I’d say 4oz. About four pieces of chicken and a few blueberries. Soup tastes like something from a can. My co worker got a panini. Wow. You couldn’t imagine what it looked like. One thin piece of turkey bacon. One tiny piece of chicken and tomato. When it was shit looked like nothing was in it at all. Basically grilled bread. No way you get more than two ingredients in a bite. This was over $ 8. I don’t remember being ripped off that bad at lunch. Really sad people think this is a good business model.

Was very excited to have this place open up. I ordered the protein bowl with turkey breast. It is about $ 8 and definitely not worth it. With a name like Protein Bowl you would think the protein would be the main ingredient. Only about 2 oz of turkey breast, half cup quinoa, handful of spinach, 10 blueberries, ¼ cup beets. Service was ok. Biggest complaint is that the prices are too high for what you get. Hopefully they will figure it out.

Poor Customer Service, incomplete order. NOBUENO! Couldn’t wait for this place to open. Went by today and I was so excited to see it was open. I ordered at the register and the employee NEVEREVENLOOKEDUPATME. When it was time to pay, WITHOUTEVENLOOKINGUP, she pointed to the slider for the credit card. I then asked her if she wanted me to slide my card and she said«yes». When my card did not process, she told me «Your card does not work». So I told her there was a chip in my card, should I do it that way? She looked at me and said«I do not know.» I asked her who would and she said«I do not know.» Anyway I slid it again and then it worked. I stood there and did not know what to do next, so I asked her, and without looking up, she said, «move down there» and pointed. I moved down to get my food and picked up the Asian Salad I ordered. Went over to Sonic to get diet coke, opened my salad and there was NOCHICKENORMANDARINORANGES. WILLNOTGOAGAIN.

Just tried this place for the first time. The service was perfunctory at best, and we were asked to move to a table from the chairs by the door(A table that had hair all over it-derp). I guess we weren’t the target clientele they are looking for. On top of the poor service the tropical peach smoothly was just ok, and the turkey avocado panini was inedible, made up of frozen, processed, pre-cooked ingredients and then over heated to a mush inside a hard crust. They also were annoyed that I asked for ice water instead of buying a plastic bottle. I would probably come back for a smoothie to go, and just imagine I am in New Jersey where I expect people not to be friendly. Not a place I would recommend to anyone who is not a complete asshat–

Fresh Healthy Café opened today in Prosper so you know I had to be there to check it out! I tried the Strawberry Banana Supreme smoothie with passion/orange/guava juice, raspberry sorbet, strawberries, and bananas with(free) energy fortifier. Smoothie was a perfect mid afternoon pick-me-up! Also had a half sandwich as well: a delicious spicy chicken panini. Welcome to Prosper, Fresh Healthy Café. I know you will thrive here.
