This place is incredible. As a homeowner with little experience with power equipment, I was intimidated to go to a specialty store, but RPM was warm and inviting with friendly staff and people who are truly experts in what they do. I gave them my info at purchase time and they filled out the warranty for me. Not only that, they started up the trimmer that I bought to make sure it worked properly and then took the time to show me how it worked and how to take care of it. It’s added things like these that you just can’t get at the big stores that only want the sale. A place like this wants to build a relationship. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
