Buying one’s first home can be stressful, to say the least. Once you make an offer there’s a TON of things you have to suddenly do, including schedule an inspection. Since the inspection has to be done within FIVE days of your offer being accepted, it can be stressful to find someone you can trust since you may not know what you’re doing (which was our case).
Enter JB Inspection Services. Our realtor recommended this company and we couldn’t be happier with the services they provided. First, they understand that inspections have to be completed within short timeframes, so they were very flexible with scheduling.
Our inspector was prompt and really thoroughly looked at the house. He spent about 2.5 hours looking at everything from basement to attic and all things in between. He gave concrete suggestions for repairs that should be made and sent us an official inspection summary within 24 hours of the inspection.
JB’s rates are reasonable and the service is incredibly friendly. If I ever sell this home or if I’m looking to buy a new home, I will definitely call JB fist.
