STOP! Worst service ever! No one showed up after we were promised a pickup in 15 to 20 minutes and no one had the courtesy to call to inform us of a problem. Princeton Taxi stopped answering the phone, left us hanging outside in the cold, and caused our family to miss the train to NYC and miss all of our planned activities. They never apologized, explained or even returned a phone call.

Unreliable, which is exactly what you don’t want in a cab service. Called for a pick up, and john passed me to another company. I missed my train because of his poor customer service
