The store owner and the Hungarian girl were so sweet and helped my friend and I find a matching friendship bracelet! All their stuff is so beautiful and I think everybody finds something they like in here! Just stop by and see for yourself! I like how the sales staff is down to earth and not as condescending as Zoe staff even though there paycheck is probably similar. I will definitely be back!

I was looking for a particular bracelet as a gift last week, so I called the store ahead of time to see if they had it in stock. Olivia told me they did, and had some similar bracelets I might like that she’d pull for me to check out when I arrived. I ended up selecting one that she picked out for me, and it was a huge hit with the friend it was for! Thank you Olivia! I’ll definitely be back. :)

I don’t normally experience the brazen level of pure sales pitch SHAM. But I the case of this bauble and trinket store I couldn’t not make a mention of the cheaply made over priced junk they are flogging. The young girl at this door told me a string of words that are suppose to inspire loyalty without question and a suspension of disbelief, in order to have their victims shell out for the mostly unremarkable, except for a few slightly interesting but uninspired pieces. She told me they have a special fake gold and silver plating, are U.S. Made, are stackable,(so buy many sheeple) and spun a yogic shamanic fairytale that they are BLESSEDWITHSAGE! So on top of being marketing charlatans, they feel no remorse in usurping indigenous customs for their fake Kosher, Hallal, Sacred over priced bangle VOODOO. I have no doubt many young people have been duped and spent Daddy’s money on this stuff that would be relegated to the less popular parts of an Asian outdoor market in the 3rd world. I wish the owner of this SHAM a quick and total bankruptcy ASAP. Anyone who buys from this place would be better to donate the money to an American indigenous group, or those suffering from a lack of eduction and or malnourishment and go to the head shop and create their own unique jewelry.

I went into this store mid-day about a week before Christmas. It was busy, but not insanely so. Each associate had a customer with them at the time, so I waited patiently until someone was available. In the mean time, two other customers came into the store. Both were waited on before me though I had been walking laps around the store trying to kill time while I waited. This happened repeatedly for 20 minutes, at which point I should have just walked out. However, I really needed to get this gift, so I didn’t. There was a girl at the register putting tags on or something, and she completely ignored me! I should have said something, but I’m not going to force someone to pay attention to me. Finally, one sales associate who was busy with her customer turned to me and asked me nicely to be patient with them, and did I want to see anything in the case that she was standing behind. I knew exactly what I wanted, so she took it out for me and asked the girl behind the register to ring me up. Here’s the best part — she ignored me again! Her coworker had to ask twice before she rung me up for the bracelet. I’m totally appalled. I have purchased several bangles from this store before with no problem. However, the sales associates working that day were completely rude, and have turned me off from shopping at this location. I guess that’s what online shopping is for!

I love this store and have never had a bad experience here! The«bartenders» are always so nice and helpful. I go in constantly and I like how they always greet you right away. They aren’t pushy at all and give really great recommendations on what bangles go together. The people who work there are always so friendly, and they constantly host fundraisers for local organizations. The store itself is very big and spacious and they have many bangles on display. They have always had exactly what I was looking for, and they seem to be well stocked. This is exactly what I pictured an Alex and Ani store to be like. Keep it up!

After picking out the bracelet to give as a present(unfortunately, it’s what the kid wanted), we proceeded to the register to pay. The lady behind the register ignored us completely while she was snipping and knotting the ribbons for their merchandise tags, walked away to the back room for a couple of minutes, came back and continued with whatever else she was doing before attending to us. Obviously, customer service is not their priority. The service is so lousy, I can’t wait until this fashion bracelet fad is over. I doubt if the sales people would still be walking around with their noses up in the air. «Hated it!» doesn’t even cut it. I was totally disgusted!!! I will never be purchasing anything from this store, and I shall make sure to spread the word.
