Ace Bees promised the bees would be gone with no issues(including honey) within 2 weeks of using their«patent-pending» method, or they would take care of the bees and hive at no additional cost. Instead, 3 weeks alter, we ended up with maggots and flies surrounding the rotting hive. Ace Bees refuses to come out, saying that«this happens sometimes»(which they never told us up front). We had to call another bee removal company to take care of the rotting hive at our own cost. We will never use Ace Bees again, and we are looking for ways to pursue legal action against them, since they are costing use thousands of dollars for a problem they promised would be fixed with no structural issues.

I found the company through the agricultural extension office of Texas A&M. I thought their price was VERY reasonable. Other companies quoted me almost double Ace’s price and they had terrible reviews. I sure wouldn’t have done it for what I paid them. And, they were the only company I found that was licensed and insured! The swarm had moved from where I told them, but they didn’t just leave and charge me, they looked around and found the swarm and removed it. I would recommend to anyone with this problem.
