Went here as it was close to where I live. Had a screw in my tire. They pulled it in and 10 minutes later informed me they had some bad news. The screw was too close to the sidewall, they couldn’t fix it. They could however put a new tire on for me and provided me with a quote for one as I asked them to back the car out so that I could leave. The following morning I took the car to Discount Tire on 23 and Powell Road. They took it in, fixed it (at no cost) and everything took about 30 minutes! I told them about what I experienced at Goodyear and they were surprised saying the screw was well within the range of fixing with no issues relative to the sidewall. OK, maybe the guidelines are different by shop but this entire situation has me questioning whether Goodyear was just trying to sell me a tire? Can’t be sure but sure seems suspicious to me. My recommendation: go to Discount Tire, great customer service and fair on their repairs.

Turns out I had to go back! I went for oil change etc. at another place (review coming) and they broke the lock on one of my tires and then stripped the threads trying to get it off. They told me «those locks just break sometimes» yeah right! Anyway… they couldn’t fix it that day so I went to Goodyear.
They couldn’t fix it at first but the wonderful manager, Aaron, told me to bring it back after the weekend when they would have more techs to work on it. They fixed it!!! Yes I had to pay but it wasn’t that much and I was thrilled to only be out of my car for a day (not a couple days estimate like the joint that busted it in the get go)
