Management team provides awful customer service. As an example, I ordered online and received an email with approximately deliver time of 17 – 29 minutes. The actual delivery time was 68 minutes. The tracker indicated that my pizza was out of the oven and in quality check 18 minutes after placing the order. The pizza sat for over 35 minutes in the store and another 15 minutes in the vehicle before it arrived. Needless to say, 50 minute old pizza did not taste good. When I called to complain, the manager was unapologetic, made several excuses, argued whether things could have been handled differently (e.g. delay putting pizza in over, remake pizza after sitting for 30 minutes, etc.), and was even short with me at times. So I decided to contact the corporate office. Corporate said that this is a franchise but that it would forward my complaint to the owner. I did not hear back from the store.

Dominos is one of my favorite places to get pizza. The new specialty pies are a treat. The staff is always friendly and the store clean.
