B/Rose Beauty Bar

I gave three stars because the place is very cute, clean and the complementary hand massage and paraffin dip are a nice touch. I did not give 5 stars because my hair has cost me a lot of money to repair. Sara did my hair and it was unfortunately a 1 star job. If you look on their website, she’s known for the «ombré» style. The ombré style is a dying trend if you ask me and I’ve seen more bad ombré styles than good and unfortunately Sara’s skills in this area are no diff than the norm. I had zero interest in this style. I just wanted my hair to be one color and look natural. She went for the ombré look anyway. Pretty much dipped my hair in bleach and that was it. It looked like I literally needed to dye my roots ages ago. My hair was so dry afterwards I had to cut it off to prevent anymore breakage on the ends. The haircut she gave me was even worse. She just randomly cut blunt, uneven chunks out of my hair. Eek. The last blah about this salon is that they only carry Paul Mitchell products which does nothing for my hair. I’m bummed about my experience with Sara, maybe someone else is better. In her defense she is young, I believe she mentioned she has been out of beauty school only for a year. I need someone a little more experienced. She’s not for me.

Sarah and Andi did our hair and makeup. We looked awesome, the makeup was amazing and their were super friendly.
Everything was just perfect!
