Customer service was great and the price was about the same as other cleaners plus it’s near my house. Although the sweaters were fine and it seems as though they did a good job on an alteration I had, my jet black jeans are now slate gray. I send black jeans to the cleaners because I like to keep them black. I didn’t notice until I got home and went to put them on later. It was such a let down. I might go back, but not with black jeans.
