Sorry guys, either honor your specials or compensate the customer in some other way. We went out of our way to visit BR for the free waffle cone promo only to find they were out of waffle cones after ordering. That is a bait and switch scam or just terrible management. I’m being kind giving you 2 stars but I don’t plan to return.
