Been going there for a while now. Good variety of cigars and good prices. Pretty much anything you would need for a smoker. Owners is very friendly and helps you a lot if something that isn’t in their stock they will get it for you within couple of days.

Bought a vapor pen battery by ego c twist and it broke within a couple months and they can’t warranty it even though it should have a one year warranty. I was told I would have to contact the manufacturer on my own. The manufacturer is in China! I’m screwed !

My boyfriend and I came in here yesterday because I was looking for an outdoor ashtray. The man who was working here was not very helpful and on top of that he was watching the cameras the whole time we were there, as if he thought we were going to steal something.
I used to come here bc they have dried sage at a really good price. Also beware: their vape supplies suck. Try the smoke shop closer to the freeway.

I’ve gone here a few times. The selection for cigars is not bad. The folks there are friendly, and the place has good general smoking supplies. I recently went in to the humidor and saw that there was a white powder all over a lot of the cigars. When I told the owner that, he seemed a little annoyed… And let me back into the humidor to show me that the white powder was a deposit left from the steam coming out of the humidor, as if that should really satisfy me. I’m sure the white powder isn’t anthrax. And I’m sure it’s not asbestos. But I don’t much care for it on cigars I’m going to pay top dollar for, and he seemed really put off at that attitude on my part. Lots of cigar stores in the area that don’t have humidor deposit on the merchandise. I’ll probably wait for a while until they fix it. Then I suppose I’ll go back.

I’ve given this place my time, $ and two different visits to their shop. The bigger guy could care less if you buy something. He has terrible customer service and makes it clear you are bothering him when he has to get off his chair to ring you up. Also, the prices are high! I would suggest Irie Coast on Poway Rd for all your smoke shop needs, plus they have a larger selection. They have all the same stuff, are less expensive and the employees care about repeat business. Either way… Good Luck!
**One more thing… once you buy something from Poway Smoke Shop you’re stuck with it. No returns!

Good selection for a smoke shop but…
Walked in telling the guy I needed glass and other things when I walked in. Tried to have him show me some stuff I couldn’t see under the counter and asked him to bring up the selection for closer view and all I got was a tilt up where I couldn’t see crap. Maybe it was because he was occupied with a vendor to help this customer who again… needed glass but wasn’t even asked. It’s Xmas time and I had good money to spend. Was not impressed with this first visit so I will not be coming back anytime soon.
Btw… and it bears repeat mentioning, their prices are out of whack. I appreciate the fact they have a storefront for us but pricing and service are not what should be expected for paying customers.
